Had a one night stay here. The location of the hotel is right off the 5 freeway and very close to most of the major downtown attractions. Its not too far away from the airport. And this is one of the very few hotels in the dowtown area that provides a free shuttle to/from the airport! Check in was quick.... More

I spent a few days in San Diego to Sheraton Four Points and I had the worse breakfast ever in my life there. There isn't any service and the food is disgusting. I don't know how they can be part of Starwood Hotels and Resort !!??? The room was clean , the pool old and shabby and the parking very... More

This hotel's staff exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so cheerful and genuine when I needed their assistance- the staff made me feel like the Four Points offered a concierge service. Anytime I needed anything the front desk staff (AM & PM shift) could always answer my questions and assist me. Also housekeeping was excellent- my room was clean and restocked.... More

Though the hotel decor is not modern but it looks decent. I like the location of the hotel, it's very close to everything. The hotel is clean and the service (from my experience) is excellent. Would stay there again!

The hotel is older and needs some TLC. Not comparable to the Four Points brand in Asia for quality of property or level of service. Rooms were big, clean, and everything worked. It is not really that conveniently located but everything was walkable for me, others might not think so. Desk staff were polite and efficient but nothing memorable about... More

I was here with my wife a couple of months back visiting friends. Just as other travellers had mentioned, the check-in was a nightmare. I had waited almost 45mins past the standard check-in time but the room that i had booked was still not ready. The rooms infrastructure is somewhat date…old doors, low ceiling, old walls. Other than that, the... More

I stayed here over the 4th July weekend which was in the middle of a package holiday so it was all paid for in the travel agents upfront. Imagine my surprise when i return home and have a read through my credit card statement to see Four Points by Sheraton had charged me the full price again ($500). They knew... More

handy to access from the I5. Rooms are nicely designed and well decorated - including many furnishing details for unpacking (helpful if staying for a few days. while the room showed wear and tear, it was certainly typical of a business class hotel. we enjoyed our stay very much. valet parking overnight was $30 - the service was friendly and... We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a California Road Trip. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, do not let this put you off as its location is fantastic!! Arrived a the hotel and received a warm welcome at reception. Unfortunately I do not recall the receptionists name but she looked liked Mila Kunis. Anyway, she was great,... More

Valet parking is a joke! They left my new Explorer in the blazing sun all day! Never moved it to the underground parking which I expected for $30. Could have parked on the street for nothing! Hotel tired, small swimming pool located next to freeways, room small, windows dirty, freeway view. Only good thing was walking proximity to Little Italy.
