We only stayed for 1 night @ the "Pacific Inn", but we were very pleased with the staff, room, rates, & service we received. It was clean, well stocked, and quiet. We stayed at the Pacific Inn & Suites for two nights over Memorial Day weekend. It's conveniently located downtown near the water, shops, and restaurants, and we had no trouble parking in the lot. While is it located near train tracks and the airport, we were never bothered by the transit noises that we could hear every now and again.... more

this is a small but comfortable hotel right off the ocean.. the accomadations were very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. i would highly recommend it to anyone staying for a night or a week more

We wanted a place close to the water. It was our first trip in over a year with out the kids. Parking did stink, although we were always able to get a spot even when we got back to our room at 2am! Called to confirm reservations and was told Jacuzzi Suite was free standing and that rates were 169.95. When we got there, rate was 199.95 due to " convention in town". This is a nice budget motel located within walking distance of the San Diego waterfront with its attractions and restaurants. Also close to the airport, the Little Italy section with its good restaurants, and the train station. This place was nice enough, limited parking though. It was expensive for what it was too. Very close to the railway so a lot of noise from the trains. more
