I was a little worried about this hotel since the rates were super cheap for July 4th weekend, but the reviews seemed good and I wanted to stay somewhere with a hot tub. When we arrived, the front desk employees were great and were able to give us a room with two beds instead of the one with a queen... more

We were here on vacation. Over the years, we have always had confidence in Best Western hotels, which is why we chose to stay at this particular location. We walked in the room and right away, there was a really weird smell. The decor was horrible, the room was small and very cramped. But we were so tired and my... more

We were very happy with our stay at the Seven Seas. Rooms were pleasant, clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful arranging our hotel pick ups and transfers. The diner was terrific! Loved the pizza! We were repeat customers there. The big breakfast was delicious!! Great service and great food. more

I took my almost 13 year old niece to San Diego. We stayed 5 nights at this hotel for a total bill of $307 which is really cheap for San Diego. That price got us a room with 2 queen beds right by the pool (room 103). Room was small as others said but not as small as I thought... more

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and again we felt comfortable and satisfied with the service, convenient location and cleanliness at a reasonable price. This time we did the unthinkable -- we forgot our daughter's three little friends, toy animals and a doll. Upon our request for urgent help the hotel staff replied promptly and send... more

This is a much larger, sprawling facility than it appears when you first drive in. We were in the 500's building, way in the back, and were surprised at how quiet it was, given the proximity to the freeway and all the other hotels on "hotel circle." Check-in and -out were quick and simple, with the predictable college kids handling... more

Family of three including toddler, stayed for 5 days while husband attended a conference at a neighboring hotel. The first night we had to change rooms because they only gave us 1 bed even though we called ahead to ask for 2 or a king. That first room was okay, a little small, but seemingly clean enough- Located in the... more

My husband and I just returned from our second stay at this hotel. We found it quite by accident 2 years ago when we were staying nearby and ate at the restaurant. The food and service were terrific so we thought we would try the hotel on our next trip to San Diego. We live in Orange County and come... more

Easy on/off freeway location, but without the usual excessive freeway noise thanks to its location and trees. Onsite coffee shop has only a basic breakfast menu, but lunch and dinner offerings have a larger range of selections. Plenty of parking within easy walking distance of the rooms. No elevator, though, so if you cannot handle steps comfortably be sure to... more

My wife and I stayed three nights in this Best Western while visiting San Diego. This hotel seems to be one of the older ones on hotel circle. The location is fine, as convenient to San Diego tourist attraction as the others on the circle, as long as you have a car. The property was very large (4 or 5... more
