We chose this Best Western because of the proximity to events. But I would not go back. First it is VERY dated. The walls and Windows do not keep out the sounds. Very small room. Had to move a chair to get in and out of the door. The bed was comfortable, that was a saving grace. To get your... more

Due to flight schedules, we overnighted at this hotel. It was clean, a good price, and close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the pool area or similar amenities but they looked very clean. The hotel had a few restaurants and stores within convenient walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe at night. I... more

Was unsure of the hotel based on some of the reviews, but we are glad we stayed there. We stayed there before and after our cruise. The front office staff was really helpful even printing off maps and directions from the computer for us on places we wanted to go while there. Our rooms had refrigerator, Microwave, iron and ironing... more

Not the worst place in town but certainly not the best! Maybe they will work out the kinks once they finish remodeling, but it was an irritating place to stay after a long flight. Despite having their van parked prominently out in front, they had to call taxi's for us, as apparently they didn't have anyone to drive the vehicle!... more

Perfect hotel if you are going to or from the airport or piers. While the room was on the small size it was recently redone, and very attractive, fresh and clean. It had everything you would want, including a microwave, refrigerator, two cordless phones. The shower was great. A plus was the computer room and gym. We had dinner across... more

i booked a five night stay at the hotel, and walked in, and went to the rooms. The room was dark, musty, smelly, and extremely small and squishy. we sat on the bed and it was hard like marble. lets just say we're grateful for them having wireless, because i went onto priceline and booked a beautiful hotel for cheaper... more

We hadn't seen any recent reviews since April, so we thought we'd take a chance and hopefully the place has improved. Well, I don't know if it has, but there are some positives that should be mentioned. We had 3 rooms in our party. Luckily, we were only staying for 1 night. We came in on a train from LA... more

My room was very clean, the bed comfortable. Room amenities such as a coffee maker and iron, were provided. A very nice continental breakfast with more than your average selections. An adaquete work out room. Our shuttle driver was very courtious and promt, beat the heck out of the cab service. The location served our needs.Yes, the motel is under... more

Where to start? The location along a busy road with bumpy pavement means you hear "thump -- thump -- thump" all night long with semi-trailers bouncing their loads over these bumps. So I barely slept on the bed that tilted sideways at almost 10 degrees. I finally piled up the towels to make a barrier to stop myself from sliding... more

STAY AWAY!! We arrived on March 22, 2008 to find the entire hotel covered in scaffolding and tarps. We had to go to the back entrance to the basement to check in. NO FRONT DESK! NO LOBBY! NO POOL! NO SPA......get the picture. We were scheduled to stay for one week and knew that even 1 more minute would be... more
