The sweeping driveway through the golf course, the nice valet parking attendants, the attentive concierges and front desk staff, wonderful interior archittectural details in the lobby areas, excellent food at dinner, pretty room and delightful bathroom. a little too much stuff,but the people were great,the restaurants all we needed,the golf is superb...we think this property may be under appreciated...we travel quite a bit and seek quality...we found it here,even with the gilded stuff...if i had a complaint i would say it is too much like a four seasons or ritz carlton...we preferred it to the lodge... more

This is a great hotel with first class service. I don't see how anyone can write the service was poor at this hotel. Everyone seemed very friendly and really went out of their way to help us.
