They tell you your card is declined and don't let you check in. I am sure it is because they were busy. Then the charge goes threw anyway and say that you did not cancel your reservation. So for over a hundred dollars I get to sleep on the floor in the Airport with my 9 year old son.

Stayed here Sept 2011 and all I can think of was no free internet and pay parking. Can't really complain as i used my hilton honors points and this was the cheapest points there was. but still, i should have just saved my points and stayed in a motel 6 where parking and internet is free.
