**WARNING** DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BEING PISSED OFF. I was very disappointed with my stay. The only place to park is in valet for $22 a day. The free shuttle to M.C.R.D. was two hours late picking us up. The free continental breakfast was served in a dirty bowl with a dirty spoon. The shower head... More

We attended grandsons Marine Corps graduation. Had six rooms for our group, for the two night stay. Restaurant upstairs is ridiculously expensive!! Two, not so special meals, one appetizer, five mixed drinks, and an ice tea was $190.00! Shuttle dropped us at MDRC at 8:30am, was suppose to pick us up at 6:00pm. After numerous calls, the shuttle finally arrived... More

My husband and I stayed here for six nights while I attended a conference. I was a little worried about some of the items in other reviews, such as noise and mustiness, but we did not have any of those problems! Our room was small, yes, but not tiny (we had much tinier when we stayed in London!). It was... More

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting MCRD. We were surprised by how nice the hotel turned out to be considering it was the only hotel my travel agent could find for us since San Diego hotels where sold out due to the comiccon convention. The room was spacious with two double beds,a flat screen TV,... More

First, very expensive Valet Then, the room was no prepared well... don't even have tissue The shampoo was in a super tiny tube. even we asked the frontdesk for more, waited for all night, doesn't get anything. It provided free wifi, yet it's slow and disconnected all the time Plus, the room has an really strong and stinky smell.

My boyfriend and I stayed last weekend and we really enjoyed it. Rooms were nice (double queen on the 5th floor) Loved hanging out and having a coctail on the patio located on the 5th and really enjoyed glass door brunch and all you can drink mimosas. We are defintiely coming back!

We were very pleased with our stay here. The location and the view from the rooftop restaraunt were fabulous! Some of the hotel staff was great. Especially Jose the valet, the waitresses at the restaraunt, and a few of the front desk girls. A few of the front desk girls were less than helpful, but I think you find that... More

I travel for a living and I try not to be to picky. However, the next time I need to book a hotel in SAN, this will not be a top choice. The property needs a little more TLC before I will even consider another stay. The rooms are small and the furniture needs to fit the modern hip atmosphere... More

Wonderful views and clean place to stay in Little Italy district. Close to everything. Facebook membership saves a bunch on parking fees. Close to the Gas Lamp District and Seaport Village.

Customer service is number one at this hotel. "Keith" @ the front desk provided all the information needed for our first time visit to San Diego. He gave excellent suggestions/directions to all the hot spots in San Diego and surrounding areas . The room's decor was very nice and Housekeeping supervisor-Anthony made sure we had home away from home comfort.... More
