Great location and staff with modern clean rooms. The front desk staff offered us a complimentary cocktail at check in and it was served to us in our room within moments of entering. I really liked the Tower 23 Hotel. Great room, nice view, the service was excelent! The hotel is located in a great area on Pacific Beach with close restaurants and stors. The restaurant in the Hotel is amazing, JRND. the hotel rent cordially bikes to ride cinto the beach. I really love it. Hope to come back :)
