This is an older motel but there have been many efforts to make it comfortable. Hotel is in a good location close to the major activities in the area. It is about 10 minutes from the zoo and the beach. Clean and well kept. Only thing I didnt like was our daughter stayed at Days Inn and got a continental breakfast and we didnt, however there is a resturant next door.
