The rooms are spacious and comfy. The staff super delightful. Plenty of towels and so many pillows, my husband who sleeps with many just was in heaven. We had a room without a restroom and shared it with others. Never a problem as there is 2 on every floor. The free Wif was excellent. The first evening we hung out reading... More

We´ve stayed in this cute hotel for two days and we´ve enjoyed our stay! You feel like coming home. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and nearby the City-Highlights! We´ll be back, if we travel to San Diego again!!

Hotel Vyvant was such a treat. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was there for Comic Con and they provided me with a whole bunch of recommendations for night time activities, restaurants, and sightseeing. I'm not much for decorum but I found this place to be very beautiful with a nice bed and breakfast ambiance that kind of... More

My wife and I were very happy with everything and everyone. The hotel was very nice and the staff was GREAT. The new deck area is relaxing and peaceful. The happy hours were fun! The lobby was nice and had a relax home feel to it. When we decide to go visit San Diego again hotel Vyvant is where we... More

Great facility, very friendly staff and good price. BUT it all comes with many shorcomings. 1. EXTREMELY noisy location. Right by the turnoff ramp to Interstate Freeway (both directions, so you get ALL traffic coming out of Downtown). To add to this problem, there's a set of lights by the hotel, with a road going sharply uphill, so all vehicles... More

Stayed in this charming hotel for 6 nights, and it was amazing! Loved the hardwood flooring and the kitchenette. The decor was adorable, and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast: pastries, granola, yogurt, muffins, orange juice, and I especially appreciated that they had soy milk. The only downside of the hotel... I just stayed her for my sixth or seventh time in about as many years. (I started staying here when it was new and called Little Italy Inn.) It never disappoints. The rooms are great (the bed is awesome) and the staff is consistently nice. (Actually, they're more than nice; they're sweet.)

I hate staying in average hotels and always look for the smaller boutique ones, this was such a pleasant surprise! Driving from LA to San Diego we found Hotel Vyvant on a web search last minute. When we called the person at the front desk was more than just helpful, he was pleasant to talk with, helping us with directions... More

I stayed here with my family for a conference. The complimentary pastries for breakfast and granola were amazing. The staff were also very nice, they printed out many forms for us and gave us advice on places to go etc. But the cleaning staff did a a terrible terrible job. It seemed as if they didn't even sweep or vacuum... More

I stayed there with my daughter so we could attend SDSU's orientation day, as she will be a freshman there next month. Everyone was so lovely, youthful, smiling, here is my daughter's comment as we closed our room door behind us: "wow, I feel like I just arrived to stay with my older sister's friends for a few days, it...
