We just stayed with the Miramar Inn this Easter weekend. The room was great, clean, spacious and staff was very friendly. We woke up Easter morning to a yummy breakfast including Biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. A staff member let us know that they were holding an Easter egg hunt in 15 minutes for the children and my three... More

Stayed at Miramar because I had an appointment at Balboa Naval. It's close to the freeway either the 15, 52 or 5 so very convenient. Close to the commissary and exchange. There is a bank also believe it's Navy Federal just across from the hotel. The front gate is right off the 15 and the hotel is closer to that... More

Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Close to beaches and military activities. No amenities to speak off, but nice staff and beautiful area for a good price. We were visiting naval family and could watch recruits PT and do drills. Facinating! Would definitely go back.

Visited a friend who lives on base. It's not easy to get privacy when you live in the barracks. This place did very nicely! And a cute private patio with dinette to eat our dinner in the beautiful SD weather.

We stayed at the Miramar Inn for our son's family weekend at SDSU. The service could not have been better, the room was large, clean and had comfortable beds. We had access to a wonderful breakfast the next day and the base had many amenities we enjoyed.

If you want a balcony, you get the old building with old rooms. If you don't need a balcony, ask for the new buildings and get a new room. I chose the new room. Great beds, brand new furniture, very clean. Housekeeping are all very nice. Grounds keepers are also all very nice, smiles and greetings all day. Laundry, computers... More

Three nights spent here on a tour of CA and we got way more than we were expecting! Obviously a super cheap rate but the suite we got was wonderful-I've lived in apartments that were smaller! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast (although diy) was good and there was lots of choice. All in all a lovely... More

wifi speed is good in the first 3minutes of use, after that you need to disconnect or "forget network" (on iphone/ipad) and connect it again so you can use for another 3 minutes or sometimes less. Facebook status wont even load they have old and new rooms,

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in SD. They've had a very hot summer and my sisters house was packed and very warm. So we stayed at the inn and we were very happy that we did. Restful nights and clean accommodations. The continental breakfast was simple but filling and Starbucks drip coffee was just what we needed to... More

We stayed at the new Miramar Inn with our 11 month old son when moving back East during my husband's deployment. This place was amazing. Extremely clean rooms, nice staff, & nice breakfast! The best part is the awesome playground next door if you are traveling with children. It's the best location too. You will be very close to all... More
