The hotel property is located within walking distance of Historic Old Town, a ton of Mexican restaurants and a Trolley station. We never got in our car during our two day stay. There is a liquor store with a deli right across the street. It takes only a couple minutes to make a quick run for beer, water, soda or... More

We just return home from an Easter weekend and this hotel is awesome. No its not your typical Marriott but the customer service is the same. We did have a snag on the actual room we booked which was the 2 room suit, it was unavailable for our first night but Blair made sure we were still satisfied. She charged... More

On a mini-vacation to San Diego with my daughter and granddaughter, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel was old but clean, however it is time to update this facility! The bathroom fan did not always work, there was an odd smell in the courtyards and the spa was not working. With the cost of parking ($17) and taxes, my... More

We needed a hotel to stay in before an early flight out of San Diego airport. We chose this one due to the closeness to the airport and the shuttle that was provided. It exceeded our expectations! We were able to park our rental car along the curb while we unloaded our car and got the suitcases to the room.... More

Five stars, not because it's luxurious but because for the money, I doubt whether you could do better. Large, clean, quality fitted room with two queen beds and all the expected things including coffee machine and free wi-fi. Very handy for the old town and associated restaurants and attractions ... quiet ... nice breakfast ... errr ... that's it ...... More

We stayed her one night but wish we could have stayed longer. We purposely picked this hotel because its so close to many things but especially because its walking distance from Old Town. It's within blocks of the freeway but hardly any road noise. The room was nice, clean and very spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also, had... More

My family loved the location of this hotel. The hotel is located right by the Historic Old Town stores and restaurants - which boasts of its Mexican flavor! The hotel was perfect with their complimentary hot breakfast and relaxing pool area. The laundry facilities was also a bonus since I always try to take home some clean clothes. The hotel... More

We stayed here for a 4 day seminar---well, my love did, I stayed here for two days of golf and one day of horse wagering. The location was perfect. The breakfast choices were great and the staff was attentive. The rooms while somewhat small had everything we needed. Though not right next to the I-5 freeway, it could be heard... More

This hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the airport. We arrived late, and found it difficult to locate our room. Fortunately, we had a microwave in our room to heat soup which we bought from the hotel's shop. The hotel was quiet, and breakfast was plentiful with a choice of fresh fruit, cereals, scrambled egg, toast, yogurts etc. The... More

Awesome stay here for two nights! Staff very friendly. Breakfast is huge and pool was great. I can't say enough about this place. Would stay here again! Plus it is in old town which was a wonderful experience. They also provide laundry supplies complimentary.
