We booked this room through Priceline, and with Priceline you never know what you are going to get. My wife and I were very happy with the hotel!! We were in town for the Chargers/Broncos Monday night game so the location was perfect. 1 mile to the stadium. The front desk was extremely helpful, allowing us to check in before... more

The only positive about this place is location. Make that three positives, location, location, location. I am on my last night after staying here for a week during a continuing ed course around the corner. I was attracted to "fully equipped kitchen" and "high speed internet", and then assumed that I'd see typical modest-quality hotel amenities, like in-room coffee, standard... more

I recently received a copy of your review of the Extended Stay America - San Diego, California. Our company prides itself on providing great service and great rooms at great rates, which is why I was so disappointed to read your post. Please accept my most sincere apology for failing to effectively communicate our amenities to you prior to your...

I usually get hotels in this chain as 2-stars on Priceline, for $30-40 depending on season. I booked this November 5, 08 for May 09: $38 plus Priceline fees. PLUS: Spotlessly clean room and hallways and property, amazing customer-service front desk teamwork, $1-wash, $1 dry laundry; guest or staff left unused laundry and dish detergent in laundry room, a thoughtful... more

The front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room looked recently renovated and was nicely decorated, clean, and quiet. However, it had a very strong fishy smell left over from the previous tenant's cooking which unfortunately stayed with the room during our entire four-day stay. I reported two safety issues our first night there -- the room's deadbolt wasn't... more

Booked this stay thru PRICELINE so I did get a lower rate for the Labor Day weekend. A little bit afraid before arriving at this hotel because of the previous postings for this hotel but when I arrived I found that things are a lot better than I imagined. The grounds are well kept and maintained. The lobby is a... more

I would NEVER recommend this hotel or hotel chain to anyone. Customer service at this place is a joke. Arrived at the hotel around 10:15 pm and found no one at the front desk except for a housekeeper that spoke broken English. The front desk person had skipped out 45 minutes early! The room had hair in the bed and... more

We stayed at the Extended Stay by Qualcomm Stadium from May 2-May 4. It was my me, my husband, and our two boys (10 and 19 months). Location: The location wasn't bad. It's in more of an industrial area so there's not a lot of scenery--just a hotel with a parking lot in the middle of other buildings and parking... more

It's hard to find this hotel as they are a bit down the road and only have a small sign, but if you drove right by you might be thankful you did. I know the hotel doesn't claim to be The Ritz, but it should at least be clean! I pulled the blanket back last night to see a skid... more

This hotel is conveniently located off I-15, a few miles north of I-8. It was easy and fast to get on and off the interstate. It was nice not having to travel on congested I-5. Many businesses within a block or tow: A Pizza place, Chinese restaurant, and Mexican fast food are within walking distance in a strip mall. There's... more

This is a good place to stay if you need to have a kitchen and you are going to be staying longer than a week. Otherwise, it would be less of a hotel and more of an apartment type space (not big on decor or hotel-type luxuries). For the long-term rates and the ability to have a full kitchen though,... more
