I always get great service from Dean. He is always willing to help me. The rooms are very quaint but still nice. I travel with my dog and I love that there is no extra charge for it. Breakfast is a good continental breakfast.

Room is super small and and so is the bathroom. Paid $539 for a week. It has a central location which makes it worth it. Wife and In stayed here while we found a place to live and it was convenient. Free breakfast is standard waffle fare.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was great. It was a great stay and the Deluxe queen room worked perfectly for the two of us. I would highly recommend to stay here if you're going on a vacation. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great (thank you Teresita). The rooms are small but clean and reflecting the cost. Central location..................................................

Stayed here for 3 nights in early May, the weather wasn't great and the hotel was average, comfy enough bed and clean enough. The staff at the front desk were very helpful on checkin and when we asked for anything they obliged. Location is ok but still a taxi or über ride to Pacific Beach, probably only stay here if... We booked a Deluxe Queen room. That's all there was; a queen bed. By the time we got our luggage in the room, we were tripping over each other. We had been in a car together for 6 hours. We needed more space. After negotiating with the front office and our booking site, we were able to "upgrade" (more money)... More

After an overnight stay, we accidentally left our dog's medicines in the room. We didn't realize until we were all the way home...some 200 miles away. The Red Roof Inn staff, and particularly Vanessa, went above and beyond and mailed our lost pet medications back to us. Thanks Red Roof Inn for being so kind to our family and our... More

Bathtub was both dirty and slippery. Nasty. Loud activity in parking lot all night. Much colder in room than outside; strange. Had to run heat a lot. No toiletries. Neighborhood was fine. Free breakfast was fine.

It's an excellent option to stay, the attention at the lobby and breakfast (Teresita) it's excellent and kind. The rooms have refrigerator and microwave so if you want to buy some things at 7 eleven that's nearby you can earn some money. Have a great day

This was our 1 st time in San Diego & the Red Roof was a great place to stay. Rooms are a little on the snap side but perfect top relax after a long day out in the sun. Vanessa was great recommending we stay on the 3rd floor for a little less noise. Also extremely helpful with directions and... More
