Enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott over the 4th of July weekend. The rooms, although not overtly large, are well maintained and spacious enough for the time actually spent in the room. The restaurant/bar served decent meals and there is also a market that is available 24hrs. a day. The property does charge for parking, but there is plenty... More

This is a pretty standard Courtyard by Marriott though the staff is great and the location is even better. It is only a block and a half to Old Town with many great restaurants, especially if you are here on "Taco Tuesdays." The rooms were clean and comfortable so no complaints with this hotel.

The room was pretty big and clean. Staff were very polite. Loved the free courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. Nice to save money. The drawback is the slow elevator since one was out of order during our stay. I'm a light sleeper and the horn from the amtrak train woke me up twice.

i regularly stay in Marriott hotels, with it being my choice hotel for business purposes throughout the US. To be honest, i was a little disappoined with the standard of this hotel, when compared to other hotels within the chain. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size, but the room wasnt particularly clean,... More

Did a on nighter here with a friend who was visting. Staff was really nice. Property was pretty dated. Carpet and wall paper was hedious. Stains on wall paper all over room. I dont think housekeeping does a good job. Ever heard of taking a rag and wiping off the wall? Anyway I wouldnt pay over $60 a night here.... More

This was my second visit to this hotel this summer. Ian and Megan, the managers, were very responsive to my special request for connecting rooms. Carl? the shuttle driver was also helpful with directions to a favored restaurant. Guests have access to Marriot's cafe with Starbuck's coffee and while the menu is small, the food was very good. The pool... More

Small rooms and next to a freeway. The breakfast was good. the pool was small and cold, for its size it could have been heated, thank goodness for the marketplace```` I would not spend over 100 for the place

Location is close to many attractions and transport but this hotel has seen better days. It's small and the rooms are tiny. Furniture is old and worn and the property is in need of a makeover. Staff are average. Amenities are virtually non-existent. Fine for an overnight I guess but I don't think I would go back.

If you are visiting and want to roam the Old Town area, you can't beat the location. You are walking distance from everything. Sea World is a few miles away. This does not appear to be built as a Courtyard, but a renovated older property. I can't say anything too negative, but the rooms are bit cramped. I would call... More

I have stayed at both the Courtyard and the Fairfield Inn and Suites here in Old Town. Both are really good. This time I stayed at Courtyard, where my office booked me on my business trip. I enjoyed my stay, and absolutely loved working with the hotel staff. Mina, Jose, Patty, and all of the front desk staff were amazing... More
