I was amazed how a tranquil setting can be created right off a freeway when there is enough land and terrain, the proper landscaping, a series of smaller buildings spread apart with open space (landscaping, water features, birds, etc...) between, and a beautiful golf course buffering the noise from the cars. The grounds here are huge, and it's difficult to see the entire place at once.
