One of the best pet friendly hotels. The staff was fantastic. They where very sweet with our two dogs. We had to switch hotels because the $41 charge for valet was too much with two cars. $80 a day for parking during a ten night stay was not in

Came here overnight with my family and we all love this place. Both times our room was large, and best of all the bathroom is large. Love the bedding and the dark panel floors. We went to the rooftop bar which has a view of Petco Park - Dodgers vs Padres were playing, so that was neat to see. No... More

We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was nicely decorated with style. Amazing view of the city from our room. Most importantly the service we have received were exceptional. Everyone we met always carry a smile. We have left our camera in the room and thankfully the housekeepers have kept it for us. The front desk offered to post... More

We really can't say anything negative about this hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here after we happily left The Lafayette early. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, especially with our early check in, and remained polite and pleasant throughout our stay. The rooms here are large, meticulously clean, and very welcoming. The whole hotel had a great vibe and... More

My wife & I started our 'California 2014' road trip with a return to San Diego. Our last visit was very fleeting & our accommodation was sub-standard, not this time. The Hotel Indigo Gaslamp Quarter is well positioned for both bars/restaurants & the harbour. Our room was spacious & had all the amenities you need, free Wi-fi, safe, coffee maker... More

We were looking for a convenient location next to the Gas Lamp District and a modern hotel and were not disappointed. There were restaurants and bars within a block and the Gas Lamp area is a very short 5 block walk. Although there are vagrants throughout San Diego, we felt safe walking at night. Valet parking is pricey, but prompt.... More

We loved the Indigo! Very centrally located, cool rooms. Valet is outstanding, even though expensive. We were recognised as IHG Golden Ambassadors and instantly upgraded to a higher room category on the top floor. Nice. The only little downturn was that they seem to be short of room amenities. No slippers, a coffee machine, but no sugar and 1 shampoo... More

We spent two nights in a Parlor Suite to finish our holiday in California. It was a fantastic room, but we had several issues with service in the hotel that served to dampen our experience. 1) Check-in took around 30 minutes, which in my opinion was far too long - there weren't that many people in the queue! 2) Our... Were lucky that we got a room at Indigo for the Independence Day weekend. It's a fancy city hotel which is more personal than the usual business hotels and still not old fashioned luxury ones. Service is nice, parking is $42 per day, just valet avaiable. Rooms are very nice and modern with a great view. Would go there again,... More

In 28 years of marriage my husband & I have never slept in anything but a king-sized bed. I requested one; the receptionist didn't tell us there were none available-we called down when we arrived in the room and were nicely told 'oh, sorry'. That was it. Otherwise nice place, fast elevators, smaller rooms & closet, no fridge, very little... More
