A great view from all the wondows in the restaurant. Such a pity the food did not match the view. My starter was a tiny salad with a disgusting vinegar dressing. We stayed at the Harbor House in July 2002 for a few days. It was our first trip to San Diego. The hotel is a delightful old building in the shadow of the freeway and close to the airport.
