This is a limited service hotel. They replace the sheets/towels only once per week (although you can take towels to the front desk for a refresh), and as far as I could tell, they clean the rooms only once every few years. When we arrived they had changed all our reservations to Queen rooms (which were way to small for three families of four) and our kids slept on the floor for the first night until they could move us into a King room... more

This place is a business district of Mission Valley. It's a quiet, safe area. The room is pretty basic. There is a bed, chair and ottoman, 13" TV, ironing board and iron. Bathroom was disgusting. Had to buy flip-flops to wear int he shower. I was there for 5 days and they NEVER cleaned the room or changed the linens once. Looks nice from the outside, but terrible on the inside. more
