Tiny room hard to deal with for family of 4, and no pool or balcony to escape to. The staff was very attentive and the room was clean. The location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is easy in and out from the 8, 163, 805, and Friars Road. Close to the malls, and just a few minutes from Sea World. Very nice accomodations and plenty of parking.

A recent visit was very disappointing. Had booked for two nights, checked out after one to go to a different hotel. Breakfast was not adequate. The stovetop was dirty, the toilet was dirty and the overall cleanliness below any standard. Ventilation very poor either ran ice cold or stuffy hot.

Our bed was super hard the bathroom was kind of dusty I clean before we settle in there need to be a chair or two in the laundry room, the staff is friendly the hotel was close to all the places we went id stay here again

It's clean and it's very reasonably priced. Good quiet location with comfortable beds. It's a reasonable hotel. The room smelled a bit like industrial cleaner. A/C works well.
