I was heading to San Diego for a wedding with a friend of mine. The hotel with the fully booked block of rooms was in Old Town, so we wanted to stay in that neighborhood. Room is dirty and has a musty smell. Lighting is poor in the room. And worst, it's haunted!

This place is basically a dive. The carpets are stained, the bathroom tiles are cracked, and the beds are rather worn, but the location is great. The services was great and the rooms were very large (large than avg hotels). Room was clean and locations was great. From the hotel you could walk to Old Town which was great.
