Stayed for 4 nights at the end of May 2014. A great location and generally good leisure facilities, but they are showing their age and need upgrading, especially the rooms. Our first room had a hot water problem that took hours for the staff to respond to. eventually we were moved, but lost several hours from our holiday sorting it... More

Unfortunately, Paradise Point has definitely seen better days, the rooms are dirty and tired. However, we went to chill out and relax and as the adult only pool was so quiet and calm, the days were good. I would describe Paradise Point as an old Centre Parcs without all the facilities! The photos of the beach are true, what they... More

I was attending a conference and had to stay, but would have checked out the next day given a choice. I was apparently given a premium lanai room, which had a garden view. The room was not clean, baseboards are dirty, shower head falling off the wall, shower curtain will not stay closed, and you can't walk around the room... More

Great Resort, beautiful grounds; however the parking rate of $34.00 was over priced. They charge a $24.00 fee for recreation and your not given an option to decline this fee. All and all very family oriented resort and the hotel staff were very friendly.

I had high hopes for this place seeing that was managed by the same company as Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. Sadly those hopes were unrealized. The main rooms were well maintained, but the bathrooms felt totally neglected. I could forgive this at a chain hotel, but I was expecting far more than that at the rate we were... More

Great resort, very pleasant customer service, kid friendly, multiple restaurants and pools, easy to walk around, reasonably priced and the most important is the beautiful beach and lots of water sports, just live it! I can't wait to return next year!

Recently stayed here for 2 nights. Pros - good location right on the bay. Has nice views from the resort and able to head right down to the sand with multiple firepits to have bonfires at night. Cons - Rooms were renovated but bathroom was still very dated. Service poolside and the bar were really slow Good for family, but... More

QtGurlie37, we greatly appreciate the review from your recent stay at Paradise Point and are thankful for your feedback on the disappointing aspects of your stay so that we can improve these areas. Regarding parking, we believe a reserved front door parking space adds great safety, convenience, and value for the price compared to parking valet or a secluded garage... More

We were only at this hotel for one night, so our experience with the entire resort was limited. Pros: They have quite a few pools and restaurants to choose from. The room had modern furniture and non-carpet floor Resort has its own beach, sand, and fire pits Cons: The room had a stale, mildew smell, but that's to be expected... More

It offers so much more than just a hotel - it's a vacation paradise experience! The resort is on it's own island, conveniently located on Mission Bay. Lots of experiences are available right there at the resort, and there are lots of things to do closeby.

Having read numerous negative reviews about Paradise Point, we were fearing the worst, however, we had a brilliant ten night stay and any worries we had were completely unfounded. We checked in smoothly at about 8pm and our room was immediately upgraded to Lanai Premium and was perfect; lovely and clean and with a patio facing onto a small lagoon.... More
