Had a great visit to a beautiful resort. Grounds were clean, room was what I expected and the food was well received. Location is perfect, close to downtown and also right next to beach. I highly recommend a stay at Paradise report.

Wonderful resort. Friendly staff. Beautiful views and many activities. Great location. We spent 3 glorious days with family in a beach-side bungalow. The only (somewhat) negative thing I can say is that housekeeping doesn't come everyday, but that was OK.

Great experience for family friendly vacationing. We loved the every aspect from the bungalow style rooms, private beach setting, numerous pools, marina, delicious restaurant options, and activities including basketball and tennis courts, putting golf, bicycles, and quiet retreat spots. Highly recommended!

I just read another reviewer's review, and she could've been writing mine (check out "Detailed description of my stay"). Ok, pros first: - It's close to Sea World. - It's cheaper than staying in La Jolla (or at a nice place, for that matter). - The main pool is great for kids - it has a gentle slope so that... More

I recently spent 3 days at Paradise Point. The resort is a great get away for the norm. It feels like going to a tropical retreat where everyone you meet wears a smile and is just happy to be alive. You can work on you tan at the beach which is only a short walk away, jump in a kayak... More

We have been taking family every year and enjoy our stay each time.Grandsons love it more swiming, biking, fire pit, beach, putting course. My only complsint is that an added 35 dollar parking charge and 27 dollar resort fee is just a rip off. Why hotels think this a good way to market their properties is beyond me.

I stayed here for 4 nights as I was attending a conference on the property. As I did not have a car with me, I was limited to the facilities within the property. It'll probably be a nice place to come for a relaxing weekend, but other than taking a taxi out, I more or less felt pretty stranded in... More

Asked for an early check in and they said ok, but when we arrived they said not until check in time which is 4pm. And 4pm they said oh sorry another 30 min then at 4:30 they said oh sorry another 20-30 min. With three kids and allow luggage and they would not store out luggage while we waited. I... More

I reserved 3 rooms for our spring break family vacay . . . got the best rates on a Cyber Monday Sale! I've been coming to this resort since the 1950's (it was called Vacation Village) and have wonderful memories that have been shared with my daughters and now my grandkids! They accommodated us with adjoining bungalows and we enjoyed... More
