Stayed 3/30/08 Check in- As I entered the Hilton at 4pm they rude associate checking me in notified us that our room was not ready. Upon hearing this I told him we were only here for one night and was there anyway to get us a room. No was his answer with no regard to the situation. He did inform... More

We booked this hotel through Hotwire and received a great rate. The grounds are nice and the rooms were clean. Parking is $22 per day but can be avoided if you are willing to park on the street and walk to your room. We had to ask three times to check into our room upon arrival and it was not... More

Checked in on Easter Sunday, we were supposed to stay 2 nights but couldn't bear it, checked out early. The Bay is dirty, the hotel is wide open to the park and public. If you are on the first floor everyone including "homeless" walking by can look right into your room. The front desk was totally overwhelmed and showed it.... More

Overall it's a nice hotel in a beautiful setting. It's loaded with families and kids... so it was good for us as a family. We were in the main hotel facing the freeway. The Good: - Gorgeous setting on Mission bay. - It's only a few minutes from Seaworld. - Lots to do on the sight. - Nice pool area.... More

We stayed here, paid over $300 for a tower room. very nice decorations, but very limited in other amenities. Tennis: nice, but costs $12 to use it Fitness center: nice, but costs $12 to use it Pool: nice, and free Restaurant: only one on site and there are no other possibilities for food or snacks unless you drive into town.... Once you get to your room, I think you will be very happy with this hotel. The rooms are rennovated and very nice. We were upgraded to one of the lanai rooms, which has about 25% more space than the tower rooms. This was great for us since we had our two year old daughter with us she was able... More

It's a very nice hotel and the staff is great! I have been here several times but this time was a little disapointing. The pool is under construction and they had removed the concierge desk!! I always used to get great help from the girls at the concierge desk and recommendations on where to eat and go for fun. The... More

We just got back from a weekend in San Diego. My husband made our hotel reservations online at Priceline. I was very, very, very, VERY worried about how it would end. It was PERFECT! We were able to check in super early (11:00 am), we were "upgraded" to a "villa" with two beds (we're a family of 4). The rooms... More

I love this hotel. I've been there about 4 times now and I've never been disappointed. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, large and cozy. Finally a hotel that pays attention to the decoration! The service was always great, nice surrounding, just next to the golf course. The restaurant is also great, on the beach with outdoor... More
