We've come to this resort for the past 9 years every Labor Day weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary; we were married here. We bring our boat and dock it at their property. We like the upgrades that they've throughout but their guest service has completely deteriorated. As a Diamond member we were given their worst room, no acknowledgement as... More

My wife and I live in San Diego and wanted to get away for 3 nights for a staycation. We picked an expensive room on the bayefront with a fire pit. The room was about what we expected and the king bed was comfortable. We rented a cabana at the pool one day which was nice. We had a great... More

Stayed at this hotel the weekend after Independence Day. Overall, I would say it is a very poorly maintained facility: Scuff marks on the doors, dirty carpets, mold in the bathroom tile grouts, etc. The furnishings are not of a 4-Star class, the parking is highway robbery. Although the location is excellent, and the outdoors were relaxing, it does not... More

Our family had a great 5 day stay here and would recommend it for families with kids. We stay at Hilton's a lot and were concerned that this "resort" in a metropolitan area would be mostly a business hotel stuck near a bay, but it has a good resort feel. Like many Hilton's, it shows a little wear and tear,... More

For a Hilton, I was majorly disappointed. Even walking into the lobby, I could tell this property was out of date. The staff, though, was amazingly friendly. I went to my Villa and open the door and it smell like my grandmothers closet. It was awful. Old and musty. Went back to the desk and the staff was super and... More

Mixed feelings. Family with 2 kids. We stayed on the 5th floor facing the main building and parking lot. Had a big palm tree in front of our balcony, not sure if its better to have that or not. No view. Room: Some nice new furnishings, new beds, other items in room were a worn. Room needed a little TLC.... More

We got a great deal on Hotwire and had to pay an additional $60 in fees per night. They placed us on the 1st floor of the tower even though we were staying for 7 nights. Our view was of the parking lot. It also seemed to be the party floor. It felt like we were in the middle of... More

While it was a pleasure to have welcomed you, we're deeply sorry to hear that some experiences of other guests hampered your own. This is atypical of our the relaxing and inviting ambiance we generally exude, and we hope that you'll consider reaching out to our team the next time you're headed this way. We'd love the opportunity to host... More

Excellent rooms, clean, luxurious and with lovely views. We liked the pool area and cocktail bar especially. The pizzas were amazing. Service was exemplary. Would highly recommend! The concierge gave great tips about driving into town.

I've read a number of reviews on here about resort fees at this hotel being ridiculous. While we had some problems with the internet service (was not available at the pool and was fairly weak in our room), this additional cost is clearly outlined on their website and in the booking details before you book the room. So, please ensure... More

It was a pleasure to have shared this recent visit with you, and we appreciate your thoughtful feedback of the experience. A you've noted, we strive to provide our guests with a range of amenities and offerings--supported by clearly outlined pricing structures--and we're happy that you enjoyed our many offerings. We're disheartened, though, to hear of inconsistencies with our hospitality,... More
