I've stayed here twice now with very different results. Front desk staff has been very friendly both times. But the difference in the rooms is amazing. We stayed in the villas which was very nice - had a view of the villa. The room was clean and generous in size. Now for the downers: -Parking is over $30USD -No wifi (only available in towers and lobby) -Toilet was finicky Considering the room was over $300, I would have expected more.

Ths hotel is not anything you expect from it's website and perceived staus. First thing you arrive and there is no valet parking..Really? The location and grounds are superb. Well manicured lawns, nice pool and lounge areas. The rooms are dark and still have acoustic ceilings. The staff are scarce and NEVER answer the phone.

After we got into our rooms, they were very nice and had a good view - we did have trouble with our reservation and one room not being ready for 2 hours after promised.
