I stayed here for my last day of the San Diego Comic Con. Since I only booked 1 night I really wasn't expecting much but boy did the wow me. The customer service was awesome, from check in to hailing me a cab. I truly have no complaints. The room was very nice and clean. So many Hotels have taken... More

I was separated from my business team members and had to walk to the semnar we were attending. This hotel is within walking distance from the major event centers located on Harbor, next door to the Gas Lamp district and yet more quiet than most (as my team members shared thier location was really noisy). The room was well appointed,... More

Kristin B, Although we are not in the heart of the busy Gaslamp Quarter, we offer a quieter option near the harbor! We are central to the Gaslamp, Seaport Village and Little Italy and our 25 floor hotel offers breathe taking views of the harbor and the city. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our SuperFoods menu! Westin... More

My wife and I stayed at the Westin San Diego while I was at a week-long conference at the San Diego Convention Center. We both were very impressed with the hotel's amenities and styling resulting from their recent renovations. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view of Broadway and downtown San Diego. We really appreciated being a... More

We chose the Westin because of its location in downtown. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance. Little Italy, the Gaslamp District, Horton Plaza, Midway all a short 5-10 minute walk. There was generally always a taxi parked in front if we wanted to go to Balboa or the zoo. As for the hotel, we found... More

This was my first stay at a Westin hotel and the experience was excellent. The hotel's appearance, in the heart of San Diego was just perfect. Clean, fresh looking with very friendly staff. The location was good with a short walking distance to the waterfront, Little Italy etc..

We chose this hotel for a quick trip of 3 nights with my family (2 adults, 3 kids). This is mainly a business hotel, and designed as such. However, families are all welcome as well. The staff were very nice. We loved the service and the smile. Kevin, at Concierge desk, was truly helpful and helped us with attractions and... More

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and clean modern rooms, great bar with excellent food. Very modern and nice throughout. And very well priced for such nice rooms. No free wifi though which most hotels should offer now. That is my only complaint

Giving one star for location, but this hotel has shabby, poorly outfitted rooms and lousy service at very high prices. As other reviewers note, valet parking (only option) is $40 a night. We paid extra for a package deal on the website and when we arrived there was no evidence of the package / promo code we had added. They... More

Great location, it was a little cheaper than the Gas Lamp Westin but you are still in the Gas Lamp area by all means. Room was spacious and well laid out.
