Hotel is indeed on the beach and we had a lovely view from our room. However lots of the rooms faced a really rough site - shed -like buildings and concrete. We stayed at the Pacific Terrace for the 5 or 6th time this summer. This was our first trip without the kids. This is a great place with or without our 4 small kids. The hotel has large and well equipped bedrooms - ours was a ground floor room and our doors opened out onto the pool terrace - noisy but nice nonetheless. 2 minutes to the oceanfront. Breakfast was very good. Valet parking efficient. I thought it was a bit expensive for what the hotel offered but I would not hesitate to return! more
