First impression, the smell of chlorine hits you as soon as you walk in. I hate that smell (and indoor pools) Most hotels I have been to have the indoor pool in a room of its own, not in the middle of the building. So if chlorine is irksome to you, be prepared. As for the pool itself, it was... More

Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Especially in the breakfast area. Chad and Christine, I think that was her name, are great and kept the food fresh and full even though the breakfast area was full of hungry kids. And I love fresh pastries and corned beef hash. Thank you guys very much.

Hotel itself is a little rundown and outdated. Seemed a little short staffed also. Staff was very nice though. But the room was clean and Everything worked fine. Breakfast and the choices were amazing for a free breakfast. Breakfast staff were very helpful. The restarant is pleasant with good food but breakfast made the stay.

I can see that they are trying, but they have a ways to go. My room was in the middle of the remodel. The hallway was full of lumber and dust and mattresses. Scrapping and sanding on the wall next to me started at 6:30 am. Room was clean, bed comfy, good pillows, good in room coffee but no fridge.... More

Hotel itself was good. Indoor pool and water slide were wonderful. Great restaurant located in hotel with great food. The half pound build your own burger was absolutely delicious and filling. The morning breakfast buffet was the best I've had for free at a hotel. The staff was very friendly. The gentleman and older lady doing the food kept it... More

Stay was great. I believe the young ladies name was Natasha did an outstanding job. On our stay in January I left my credit card in the room. I called back, she found the card in the room and she mailed it to our winter condo in Texas. She is an outstanding person.

I had reserved two adjoining rooms and confirmed that they were on the 3rd floor. When we arrived our rooms were not adjoining but they were able to move us. Unfortunately, it was pool side and cost an additional $10 per room. I didn't feel that I should be charged more for a room that was in my opinion less... More

This hotel is not what I expected from a 3 star hotel. It was dirty, stains on furniture, cold shower, and I was worried that my car would be broke into because of the area in which it was located.

Windows do not have light blocking curtains so all light and noise from the highway is in your room. Pool was overly crowded with no apparent occupancy rules. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
