Would not provide non-smoking room after I requested one because Shari Baker explained "it isn't our fault that you just had to have a non-smoking room. Just because you request a non-smoking room it does not guarantee that we will provide one to you." Still charged my credit card. more

My boyfriend and I stayed in at Candlewood in April. The service was excellent! Eric at the front desk was helpful, kind and informative. The room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. We were amazed at the price of the room for everything the hotel has to offer. We will be back this weekend! more

This place charges $75, non-refundable, for a pet of any size. They told me that they "deep clean" the room for a full 24 hours if a pet stays in it (whether they actually do this would be interesting). i normally love candlewoods. however, the operations manager here is the most unprofessional, rude, and insulting woman i have ever met in my life.. she tried to triple charge me for a pet fee and then yelled at me when i kindly asked to speak with her supervisor... Unbelievably poor service, i highly suggest you stay away more
