“Nice Place”

Good location with plenty of nearby restaurants. Room was very clean, as was the other hotel areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room is adequate. There is also a lounge and restaurant on the first floor. I would stay here again.

“Mold under peeling wallpaper caused health problems.”

“Once you find, nice hotel”

Hotel is "hidden" behind other properties. Traveler's, if heading north on Wanamaker Rd, virtually impossible to see--you have to know it sits back on the edge of the mall parking lot ( when heading S you can see a little better). For a business hotel, rooms size is nice--2 Q, sitting chair & desk area, you did not feel crowded.... More

We are a little hidden from the main road, which can be good and bad. Good so you don't have heavy traffic noise, and bad if you aren't familier to the area. “Great stay”

Spent 4 days in July 2012 on a business trip at The Courtyard by Marriott in Topeka. The staff was amazing from beginning to end. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk area was adequate and easy to use. Yes I will stay there next time I am in Topeka.

“Good place in Topeka”

This was my first time staying at the Courtyard in Topeka. I thought I would write a review of my stay. Very very good. The hospitality was great. The hotel was clean and very convenient to many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

I had a great stay at this motel in Topeka. Service was top notch and the room exceeded my expectations. Bonus- there is a mall and lots of food choices very close by. I would definitely stay here again.

I take great pride in our overall service, so thank you for acknowledging that! We are so fortunate to be conveniently located in the Mall parking lot, and so close to everything. “The only place to stay in Topeka”

Have been traveling to Topeka for a number of years now. Over the years I've stayed at almost every hotel in town. The search stopped with the Courtyard Marriott. Recently renovated and conveniently located this is by far the best choice for overnight travel. Reasonable prices and a most accommodating staff only add to the reasons to stay here.
