Came for 1 night stay with two teens. Check-in went smooth. Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. Looked new but was newly remodeled only. Pool was open for the kids. Whirlpool for me was a blessing. Beds felt great. No complaints from the kids. Breakfast was hot and everyone found something they liked. It was a points stay... More

I came to the Sleep Inn not by choice but because my truck broke down outside of it. It was some of the best luck I had during my entire trip across the country to Tennessee. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and genuinely invested in helping me. Long story short, I have never had service that has exceeded the... More

Shelby was completely and absolutely helpful. She was compassionate and accommodating. All Sleep Inns could benefit by having someone just like her. She made the burden my stressful 22 hour road trip less as heavy.

I didn't have one bad experience here. Everything is new. Breakfast was pretty good. Bed was comfy. It's a little pricey. Cost me $100 for a king bed room. Beware of the $1.50 safe fee. They will remove this charge upon checkout if you ask them to.

I have stayed at this location for many years. Every time I am welcomed with a smile and a positive attitude. The extensive remodel done to this hotel is amazing and modern. Would recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends and family coming to Topeka.

I stayed in the Sleep Inn and Suites on Wanamker Road in West Topeka, Kansas for three nights in May, 2014. A few nights before I checked in, I called the hotel directly about 3am and asked a male employee who was working the phone if they carried TNT on their televisions, as I wanted to watch a few specific... My apologies for being so lengthy but I wanted to explain the issue experienced. We (My Family) had repeated problems with the keys deactivating. The Front Desk Attendant Dre or Trey...not sure of his name (which I will explain later) was short whenever I approached about the key(s) not working. We had a party of 5 including a 10 month... As a favor I authorized an employee rate on what turned out to be a sold out night to accommodate your party. I do apologize that the authorities had to be contacted and that damages had to be applied to your room. The employee rate is a privilege and not a right; we take pride in our customer service and... This was my husband and my first stay at a Sleep Inn, we will definitely stay again. From the moment we walked, we were met at the desk by jcole, as written on receipt, couldn't ask for a friendlier welcome, thank you. Jcole answered our questions with a real smile and efficiency. Our room was spotless, beautiful and spacious enough... More

We recently stayed in the Sleep Inn while passing through Topeka. We made our reservation based upon TripAdvisor recommendations, and generally agree with many of the reviews. The hotel is located conveniently next to the interstate, yet we did not hear traffic during the night. We arrived late, and the front desk attendant had our key ready, and quickly directed... More

Thank You for choosing our hotel while passing through Topeka. We greatly appreciate your business, and we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our parking lot does have adequate parking to fit the number or rooms at our establishment. On big event nights sometimes occupants of the hotel are driving two to three cars per room, which will...
