The hotel is really nothing special. We spent $88 for a night at a Motel Six caliber Hampton. I am generally a big fan of the brand, but this is far from one of their finer locations. The location seems seedy at night. I could be totally wrong but we wouldn't go out after dark and were very glad we... more

Beautiful clean hotel with free wifi, good free breakfast, computer center, and jacuzzi. No pool. Very nice hotel. I didn't see anywhere else to stay and I guess they know that. The price seems a little high for the area . Near Elvis' birth home which was the purpose of our trip. more

First time I have ever stayed at a Hampton Inn with outdoor access. No elevator for heavy bags so it was a definite haul up the stairs! more

I stopped here for safety reasons on a cross country trip rather than go further up the road and stay in a questionable area of Memphis. Hotel was practically empty. Was really convenient to be able to park by the door and unload things to the room. Breakfast was up to Hampton Inn standards. Could pay less and stay in... more

We were on our way to Natchez, by way of the Natchez Trace, and had a reservation at the Hampton there. When we pulled in and saw that it was an older property I thought "oh no, not again." We were pleasantly surprised to walk into a room that was as nice as any we've stayed in. It was large... more

My wife had made a reservation at the property next door to the Hampton Inn Tupelo and after arriving late at night with two tired children, I didn't want to stay at the hotel next door (filthy, strange people walking around). I walked into the Hampton Tupelo and got a rate of $88 as a walk in. We went up... more

I travel Hwy. 78 between Birmingham and Memphis almost weekly. On the occasions I have to stay over in the Mississippi area, I will not stay anywhere else except the Hampton Inn Tupelo - even though there are newer hotels in the city. That staff makes all the diference in the world! I have never seen a single one not... more

I stayed on a Friday night this April. The room was comfortable and well apportioned. The only problem I had was no sleep between 11pm and 3am. A large crowd of teenagers gathered in the parking lot playing loud music and running up and down the hotel stairs . It appears that parking lot is a weekend hangout. more

We stayed at this hotel because of a family wedding. It was very nice having a large room to prepare ourselves for a long weekend. We were able to have a room in a different building away from the office. The only downside I saw were that the rooms connected to the office were all facing outside. (no main hallway)... more

I arrived after a 7 hour drive in the dark with my young son and nephew to visit family. I was pleased with the appearance of the exterior AND the interior of the property, however.......the clerk on duty,(Kevin), was very rude and had NO people/customer skills at all. He greeted me with a terse, tongue in cheek, "how may I... more
