We spent 3 great nights at the Colonnade in Boston. Location is great, Hotel is first class with 4star level rooms (modern design, first class bedding, quiet large room for a big city hotel). Staff was perticulary friendly and pro, from frontdoor men to concierge. Comfort of a big chain with service of a family hotel. To give an idea,... More

A very stylish and modern feel hotel catering to business and pleasure needs. The room was very comfortable with a king size bed, table and chairs, large flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet connections. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped with information or directions. The rooftop pool was a nice addition and was an... More

The hotel is within walking distance of Fenway and several historic sites, not to mention some nice shopping. The women in our family loved the sleek, modern rooms, which are just big enough not to feel cramped. The boys had great fun in the rooftop pool. And for me, the price was right: we paid $189 per night plus taxes.... More

You can't get a better location. We had several problems during our stay. Our first room was by a wirless router that had poor connectivity. After notifying the manager- and walking under the other routers to test my suspicions. I was told by the manager that I was mistaken and initially he (Damien) refused to move me. After insisting we... More

Having spent a long time trying to choose which hotel to spend the first part of our holiday, we chose the Colonnade because of its rooftop pool, which was fabulous. However on two of the three evenings we were there it was closed or partially closed off for private functions - so if a pool is a priority, this could... More

We arrived in the evening for a 5 night stay in Boston. I had changed the reservation due to the pool from a previous reservation and glad I did that. Room was very comfortable (526) - negatives were that it only had one mirror in the bathroom (difficult for two grown adults to get ready at the same time) but... More

Stayed at the Colonnade with some family. Great location but very pricey for what they offer. I believe you can find better hotels in the area at a better price.

We spent two nights at the Colonnade over the past two weeks as a bookend to a New York City Trip. The hotel has a wonderful location in Back Bay close to lots of attractions and next to the Prudential T Stop. Other T Stops are close by. We chose the Colonnade based on its proximity to the Back Bay... More

We chose this hotel because of the great reviews on Tripadvisor and all came as advertised. Room was very clean and modern, bed was very comfortable. Parking on premises was appreciated, but $38/night is still a bit hard to swallow. A special mention for the courteous and friendly staff, always smiling and helpful. The location was great for shopping and... More

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's walking distance to everything. BUT the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear flip flops in the hallway and every word from the next room. It's really too bad because the rooms are nice and have a nice amount of space. There is a bit of a smell in the hallways... More
