Ok here goes... We did see mice in the carpeted lobby. The management told us that that was the first that anyone had seen any mice but it was obvious that wasn't true since there were sticky traps in the computer room off the lobby and metal mesh in an area where they crawled in a cupboard in the computer... more

This hotel is located close enough to the Red line to make it a great value as a base for seeing Boston. The low rate had me concerned until I arrived and experienced the hotel. The Red line station (JFK library /UMass Boston) can be seen from the front of the hotel, and is less then a 5 minute walk.... more

Stayed for 3 nights. Very happy with the service. Took about 20 minutes, maybe less to get downtown using the train - including the walk to the station. Felt very safe in the area as it is mostly a college area. As other reviews have mentioned the Au Bon Pain on site is not worth your time. But the coffee... more

Short walk to JFK/UMass train station gives easy access to and from downtown. Prices were much better than downtown. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Airport shuttle made for an easy depature. more

After 1 1/2 hrs we finally made it the hotel. We told we were new in the city & was advised they had a shuttle to downtown, they gave us... more

We were traveling for a business trip for my husband and brought our 2 teenaged kids with us. We requested a cot at check in as well as prior to arrival and were not told there would be a charge for it - which there was upon checkout. Staff member who brought cot to our room was very friendly. Online,... more

This hotel was pleasant. It was a short walk to the T and the staff was nice. There is a shuttle to/from airport and South Station which was very nice. We arrived on an early morning flight and were very pleased to be able to have the shuttle pick us up and let us check in early (before 9 am).... more

The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. It's out near the JFK library and UMASS, but not close to downtown. It's a great option for parking when flying in and out Boston Logan. more
