This hotel is located close enough to the Red line to make it a great value as a base for seeing Boston. The low rate had me concerned until I arrived and experienced the hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. Very happy with the service. Took about 20 minutes, maybe less to get downtown using the train - including the walk to the station. Felt very safe in the area as it is mostly a college area. As other reviews have mentioned the Au Bon Pain on site is not worth your time. But the coffee... more

Short walk to JFK/UMass train station gives easy access to and from downtown. Prices were much better than downtown. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Airport shuttle made for an easy depature. more

This hotel was pleasant. It was a short walk to the T and the staff was nice. There is a shuttle to/from airport and South Station which was very nice. We arrived on an early morning flight and were very pleased to be able to have the shuttle pick us up and let us check in early (before 9 am).... more

Hotel was very good, good clean room. Not close to town but easy accessibel by train. No breakfast included however they have a small breakfast shop inside the hotel. Very bad service and food. Not worth the money. more

The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. It's out near the JFK library and UMASS, but not close to downtown. It's a great option for parking when flying in and out Boston Logan. more
