The staff were quite friendly, not overly so but not bad. Biggest downside of this hotel was the lack of free wifi in the bedrooms, especially in this day and age. Free airport shuttle, free shuttle to cruiseport. Train station 3 minute walk. We were well pleased. A nice quiet night before cruise. Cookies are great. Great coffee shop. Would stay here again, and recommend to friends.

We have stayed at this hotel on our last two visits to Boston. It is comfortable and very convenient to the Red T line. There is a grocery store around the corner, which is also very convenient. Deli on site was new this time but was a great value as well.

I had a late night check-in the front desk was so incredibly nice & friendly! They were also very helpful & courteous helping with bags & directing me to where I needed to go. The parking was a little expensive $12/day.

Went for a family graduation at U Mass. Location was fine for that but there was only a snack bar. No restaurants were near by. Staff very pleasant. Amenities merely average and over priced. But it is the only hotel near U Mass
