I would have given an excellent on all accounts if it were a bit cleaner. The dust in the corners of the room was not appealing to the eye or mind. The help was excellent and the location is not bad. Being close to the T stop was a godsend. Walk a block and you're at the station. The parking... More

The hotel has a great modern look and the rooms are attractive and comfortable. Just beware that it is located in quite an unattractive area of the city. The only reason I am leaving this review however, is due to the exceptional service I received from the staff. Arriving for a one night stay mid travels everything was in a... More

The hotel is modern and nicely updated. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants nearby. Further, the shuttle doesn't run anywhere locally to find something to eat. You can walk down the street (5min. walk) to the transit system and take a train North two stops and there is plenty of food choices there. It costs about $5.30, roundtrip, to do this.... More

As hotels go in the immediate Boston area, this is moderately priced. Yes, there is a $14per day parking fee but compared to downtown Boston where its around $25-30, it was a bargain. The hotel is near the JFK Library which is a great place to visit. The distance to downtown Boston is a little over 3 miles. You can... More

My first visit to Boston I was concerned about how I would manage but the staff at Bayside were amazing. I had a few problems but they were there at every turn to help sort them out and make my stay with them relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, well serviced and well provided for my disabilities. With... More

To begin, the hotel was very nice - clean and comfortable and the staff were efficient and friendly. The facilities were good, and there was a bar and restaurant on site. The thing wrong with it, a big issue for me, and impossible to change, is its location. Given its name I was expecting a picturesque location with access to... More

Short review: I give this hotel a 5 star rating because of the super courteous staff, overall cleanliness building, spacious-not-huge rooms, ample lobby and reasonable price. Our family group of four just stay there for five days and would definitively recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a perfect hotel, but the inconvenience of its location and the additional parking fee... More

A friendly hotel, located just outside the main centre of Boston, making it better value than some other hotels. Easy to get into town though with the Metro. Be careful with the hotel courtesy bus though. Can work well, but we did end up with a driver who meant well, but seriously messed up by not having any gas in... More

Comparatively with other Boston area hotels, this was by far the better value. It's location is not real close to any restaurants or retails businesses, but the shuttle service is excellent to the port, airport, or to the city. The T station is within walking distance for which to access public transportation to wherever you would like to go.

I stay at Hilton properties all the time and this one was very sub-par. The hotel staff was rude, disinterested and didn't understand the needs of the guests. They were understaffed and offered no help at all. I will not go back.
