Cute boutique hôtel. The Harborside Inn Is very convenient to Boston attractions. Quincy Market, Fanuiel Hall, Long Wharf, Trolleys, food are all within walking distance. The T is right outside the front door of the hotel.

Staff was rude and not helpful at all! When asked if I could speak to a manager was told he only worked until 5 pm and my only other option was the bar/lounge manager whom the employee flat out said wouldn't be able to do anything anyway. The staff treated us like we were interrupting them and couldn't be bothered.... More

Excellent location, if you are looking for the typical tourist experience. Our room was on the atrium. Not one plant, it was just a big window well. Our room was spacious, partly because there was so little in it: one small table, two chairs, one good bed. No desk, bench, shelf, or other area to place your clothes, other than... More

Before we even arrived, the manager could not help me get champagne set up in the room as a surprise for my husband on our anniversary. I ended up going to the bar to pick up my own bottle and putting it in my room ice bucket that I filled myself. When we arrived, we were not greeted at all... More

I stayed here for 1 night on a busy weekend in October 2014. The 'city view' aspect of the room was a bit of an exaggeration (even on the 7th floor) and the general feel of the room was average. The shower was excellent but the bedside lights were far too fussy. I appreciated the up-to-date guide book provided in... More

Finishing touches please! For this cost, I would expect the following: the towels to be clean the shower to not be wet when i check into the room keycards, not old fashioned keys the bed linens not to be crumpled after the room has been serviced the hairdryer to work light bulbs to be replaced in the bathroom. if they... My wife and I stayed on the 6th floor in a king room for three nights and to be honest we're underwhelmed, given the cost. No one to get your bags at the front door was a chore and only outdone by the lack of enthusiasm on the checking person (to be fair he seemed to be a one off... More

Our room was the size of my closet with no outside windows. It was horriblely lit so it felt dreary. We were there for one night only and it served our purpose for location, a bed and shower but I could not imagine being stuck in there for any longer.

Stayed here for one night midweek on a business trip - was not particularly impressed. The room I got stuck with had no outside windows. Toiletries were unremarkable. No access to vending machines and one ice machine in the place, in the basement. No in-house room service. This hotel was too chic for its own good - extremely minimalist in... More

We booked this hotel thru Priceline & were pleasantly surprised at this boutique hotel in a fabulous location -- steps from all the main attractions & great dining in Little Italy. We stayed in a King with Atrium View room -- very spacious room with modern bathroom, although keep in mind that you won't know what the weather is like... More
