We always stay here when in Boston. Within easy walking distance to historic sites, killer seafood restaurants and pubs. Whereas the price is a bit steep, we feel it's well worth the ambiance of our favorite Eastern city. Be sure to do the Freedom Walk!

My wife and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend. The location was excellent for what we were doing. The staff was exceptional. The room was very clean. Good nightlife. Already looking to book for a spring getaway

I travel a lot for both business and pleasure. I understand hotels have policies and they need to abide by them for the most part. However, there are extreme situations when a hotel needs to use judgment and make exceptions. I was booked to stay here and Boston got hit with a blizzard. I called the hotel 36 before to... More

It is located right next to the "Aquarium" MTA stop and a stones throw (100 feet) to the Fanuel Hall marketplace. The room was nice with a queen bed and street window view. It had a love seat that converted to a bed if needed. The bathroom was small but real nice and clean. I would not hesitate to stay... More

I chose this hotel because of its central location for a good price. We did book a king room, which has no windows, which I didn't think I'd mind, but it was a little cave - like. These are the only rooms with king beds, and as I was traveling with a friend we thought we'd be more comfortable sleeping... More

My boyfriend and I reserved the Harbor side Hotel for a one night romantic getaway. We both were very pleasantly surprised for several reasons. Locating - The hotel is located across the street from the Aquarium T station. This convenient location allows it to be accessible to downtown Boston and the suburbs as well as the airport. Make sure that... More

I haven't stayed at Harborside Inn yet but the experience thus far has been sub par. After reading the comments here, I made my reservation yesterday by phone to request an upper-level floor ("We can't guarantee anything") and the bargain atrium room ($159) advertised for that date on Harborside's own website ("Those rooms are sold out...I don't know why the... The location is excellent, on the freedom trail with tour operators across the road and the underground outside. Close to great eating and the food market. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. If taking the "CABINS" they are in the basement and have no windows read carefully. No coffee or water options in the room, they are hooked up... More

From the moment we walked into the hotel, everything was wonderful. The people at the front desk were very helpful. We asked for recommendations at where to eat before heading off to a show at the TD Garden. They gave us easy directions and landmarks to look for while walking around. The room was very clean and the shower on... More
