Stayed in September. Purposely chose an interior room. Pros: Price competitive for the area. Room VERY quiet...small but very nice. Location CAN NOT be beat. Steps from subway; immediate access to cabs. Walk to restaurants, Freedom Trail, and tons of shopping. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Starbucks & bar convenient. Front desk great at giving working directions. Cons: Hair dryer... More

We arrived at Harborside Inn at 10 am and they got us in immediately. That's always a plus in my book. We stayed in a King room with an atrium view. We paid $25 more a night for a window that looks out onto a brick wall of the interior of the hotel. In hindsight I wished I'd saved the... More

Stayed here a couple of nights and found the staff very helpful, room was extremely clean and big comfy bed. I liked the decor with open brick wall! Bathroom had a large shower cubical and pleased to see a hair dryer as forgot to pack mine! Plenty of space for hanging clothes which was useful! Pizza at the hotels restaurant... More

Spent the weekend in Boston for a concert and stayed at the Harborside Inn. The inn was sharply decorated and very clean. We had an outside room looking toward the greenway. Very clean room and the view was good as we watched thunderstorms pass through. Competition was just across the way for double the price. Very near the Aquarium, Saturday... More

My boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with this cute boutique hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and interestingly decorated. Our room was lovely and clean. We had a decent view from the third floor of neighborhood around us. It was walking distance from everything (although we are New Yorkers and are used to walking everywhere, so perhaps others might... More

My experience of the hotel was very negative because of the following; 1. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff 2. Very dark room with a dim lighting and window facing exhaust system. 3. No ventilation in the room 4. Shower water comes out slow

Truly happy with this lucky pick. Spent a week in boston and wanting to stay downtown and avoid driving and parking a rental car and still be frugal, we Googled and this was the cheapest hotel we found. Starting with low expectations helps, but the hotel is very nice. Staff was courteous and helpful Room was small but very clean... More

This place is near everything, and is very clean, and a fantastic value. You will not be disappointed. The don't have a restaurant, but a great bar, and continental breakfast in the lobby. Walking distance to the North End.

Second time to visit and just as impressed as the first (which was a couple years ago). My hubby and two boys visit family up east each summer and make sure to get a Boston day into the schedule. We haven't always been able to stay here...but, I always try! Friendly front desk, tidy rooms, central location and bar and... More

We booked a "king bed cabin room" which had no window. The room was very quiet, spacious and nicely laid out. However, because it was located below ground level, we had no cell phone reception which came as a surprise. The hotel's location is fantastic...walking distance to many attractions and right next to a blue line T stop. Although not... More
