2 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I haven't stayed at Harborside Inn yet but the experience thus far has been sub par. After reading the comments here, I made my reservation yesterday by phone to request an upper-level floor ("We can't guarantee anything") and the bargain atrium room ($159) advertised for that date on Harborside's own website ("Those rooms are sold out...I don't know why the... The location is excellent, on the freedom trail with tour operators across the road and the underground outside. Close to great eating and the food market. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. If taking the "CABINS" they are in the basement and have no windows read carefully. No coffee or water options in the room, they are hooked up... More

From the moment we walked into the hotel, everything was wonderful. The people at the front desk were very helpful. We asked for recommendations at where to eat before heading off to a show at the TD Garden. They gave us easy directions and landmarks to look for while walking around. The room was very clean and the shower on... More

Room was so small there wasn't even a dresser, just night stands and a tv stand, bed was supposed to be a queen but was a full size....bathroom was good clean new and great shower! Room was so hot and our window opened to a brick shaft, no air. Front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Right off the highway, this hotel was easy access to everything. A block from Quincy markets, a few blocks from the freedom trail, across the street from where "little Italy" begins....and so much more. If you want a convenient location where you can just park and walk the rest of your trip, this is the place! They do not have... More

I am somewhat hesitant to write this review for fear that I am revealing my Boston secret and won't be able to book a room here in the future because it is sold out! However, the Harborside Inn is a terrific value for location, comfort and convenience. It is on State street just off Atlantic avenue across the street from... More

I'm thinking above average and below very good. I have to state I did not use room service so can not comment but it was a wonderful hotel located close to waterfront and right near T for travel, rooms were large, bed comfortable. Small bar attached with coffe and pastries in AM, but you so close to North End, your... More

This hotel is in a GREAT location, just plan to pay $$$ if you bring a car. The parking garage is across the street and has (typically high) city rates. But the subway stop is literally 25 ' from the front door. The hotel is nice and there's an original brick wall in the room - our room was almost... More

This is our second visit to the Harborside Inn for a quick couples getaway. Once again from check in to check out our stay was wonderful. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the rooms are clean, comfortable and unique. And as they say location, location, location!!!!! We have already booked a two night stay for next month!

Very impressed with the Harborside. We paid around $150 for the Saturday night before Christmas! It was truly a steal for so many reasons. First, location. It is located steps from many great bars and Faneuil Hall and the waterfront. There is also a T stop located right on the sidewalk out front. Staff was friendly. Very quiet. Only some... More
