We had an inner room, no view, but peaceful. Room comfortable and clean. Only downside was the lack of good lighting, which made reading difficult. No breakfast included, but a cafe within the hotel where a limited selection of food was available. A lovely situation near the waterfront and convenient for the main attractions.

Just outside the Quincy Market area. Rooms are in good condition, nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. The rooms vary in layout. No on site parking or valet so drop off and parking are a bit of a challenge, but not ridiculous. If you are hear for business or to tour the city you can't go wrong.

Fantastic boutique hotel located close to Boston harbour, eateries and the centre of the city. We found it strange that there were no coffee making facilities in the room. We were told we could go to Starbucks downstairs or you could buy coffee at the 24 hour shop next door. Starbucks closed at 3pm, so at coffee at night meant... More

I stayed at the Harborside for four nights in June. The hotel has a fantastic downtown location near the T and less than 10 minutes from the airport. Most of downtown is a short walk from the hotel - North End, South End, the Aquarium, Boston Commons, etc. The hotel itself has some cute charms like exposed brick and a... More

The Harborside Inn is located near Faneuil Hall and the Aquarium and is easily accessed by the metro from the airport. The stop comes up right by their front door. We stayed in the basement (Cabin) rooms which were very roomy and devoid of city noise and lights. These rooms are the cheaper rooms but in my opinion more desirable.... More

Stayed for five days just outside the subway exit easily accessible in from Boston's Logan airport, and about a block from the market place (Quincy, north, and south), a block from the Long Wharf, and the New England Aquarium. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance to many of the sights in downtown Boston. This building is... More

I would probably give this just an average rating normally. It's nothing special, but there's nothing wrong with property. Bonus points, though, for being able to walk out the front door and immediately head down into the train station. It's also within easy walking distance of some the harbor, many historic sites, Faneuil Hall and Quincy market. Our party had... More

We have stayed here twice now, and have not had any complaints. This is the only hotel that I have been to that gives you a real key instead of a keycard. The hotel itself is small, since it is right in the city, but the rooms were plenty big and the staff was very helpful.

This is a good location hotel. Clean comfortable rooms (we had a king size with windows).two drawbacks - no coffee machine or safe in the room. We were on the 8th floor away away from the bars etc but we still got noise but it was the traffic noise (horns) etc from the roads which was more noticeable.ear plugs very... More

Recently spent several night at the Harborside Inn and enjoyed it very much. Great Location to the T to take all over the city. Staff at the Inn were pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Room was fairly small but nice and clean. We look forward to returning to Boston and the Harborside Inn.
