I never expected to get the best room when booking through AARP. But my stoicism didn't pay off - I had to move to an upper floor. I spent the first night on the first floor. At first I thought I was hearing airplanes taking off (the airport is just a few minutes away), but later I figured the sound... More

There are so many wonderful things to say about the Marriott Custom House. Let's start with the staff. They make us feel like we are coming home every time we stay here. Kathleen Cotter in particular is a wonderful person that does whatever she can to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have stayed in numerous villas on the... More

Marriott’s Custom House has been on our radar for 17 years. Tis a grand week to visit Boston! We have enjoyed 24+ visits to Boston for either holidays or conventions. During recent business, conventions have required stays at conference hotels near Hynes Convention Center. We have been Platinum Marriott Elite members for years, and prefer the full service and high-end... More

Checkin was extremely smooth, rooms were amazing. Bed was so comfortable I wish I was staying longer. Observation deck was fun. Live music in the bar. Beautiful building. When asked what time I needed to leave for the airport, they arranged a cab (had extremely early flight out). Everything about the hotel was fabulous.

I am a Marriott Platinum member so I get to enjoy some beautiful Marriott properties. This place is stellar: beautiful setting, in a prime location for sightseeing right near Quincy Market, and the rooms are just spectacular. They have a wonderful game room if you're traveling with the kids. They have live music regularly, and the night we stayed was... More

Located near everything worth seeing, this historic and architectural landmark was a great place to spend family vacations. The rooms are spacious, two TVs, king size bed and good and soft sheets. The bathroom was very big and comfortable too. Location plus comfort where the two best things this hotel has to offer. On the twenty something flor there is... More

My husband and I love this hotel! We first stayed in March on our way back from a spring break trip to Iceland. We arrived late in the evening and checked out extremely early, but we definitely realized what a magnificent hotel it is. When we decided to come up to Boston again for Halloween in Salem and a mini... More

This is a wonderful one bedroom condo hotel near the wharf and Quincy market. The condos or time share properties are well designed with small kitchen dining rm tv rm and bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. The concierge is very efficient and will make all dinner reservations and attractions reservations. Second time staying here, can't say enough good things about... More

How fun to stay at such a historic location! Barbara at the Front Desk was most accommodating and friendly as well as everyone else. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the 26th floor observation deck. I enjoyed watching the sunrise. The location is perfect; easy walking distance to the waterfront, and historic sights and restaurants.
