XV Beacon is beautiful and luxurious and complements the downtown Boston neighborhood in the best way. The negative reviews surprise me. My wife and I stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding near by. I found the hotel very clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with hot water for the shower but problem was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We also used the gratis Lexus which we found to be very convenient and a nice touch.... more
