Situated in the heart of Beacon Hill, XV Beacon is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff is extremely accommodating, the rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. I will say, though, that because of its central location--it gets extremely noisy at night. Our room was right above a bar and we could hear screaming patrons until 3AM. We asked to get... More

This is an exceptional hotel property. Other urban hotel operators should benchmark this leadership team. The attitude of the hotel staff greatly makes up for the limited space. With two exceptions, the planners and designers of this property thought of everything that would make a guest more comfortable. The suite I occupied was well laid out; the bed and bedding... More

Our rooms(family of six) were booked months ago. Upon arrival we were told we had a room on the 7-th floor and one on the 3-rd floor, while when making the reservation connecting rooms or on the same floor was requested. The lady at the reception told us nothing can be changed, maybe to-morrow. Also we were not asked if... More

Just spent a night at the XV Beacon and couldn't be happier. The hotel is in an amazing location at the top of Beacon Hill, right next to the state house. The hotel itself is boutiquey with style. The room (501) was somewhat spacious, very clean and charming with an electric fireplace. Frette towels (and perhaps linens) were a nice... More

In March 2014 I planned a surprise trip to Boston to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday. During the planning process I emailed back and forth with Kate (Director of Revenue and Reservations) and she put me in touch with staff from the hotel who were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional and they assisted me to plan our time in Boston... I want to retire here. From the well appointed room, to the car that drove us to Menton, to the staff that was there but almost invisible. This is why you leave home. We're returning this August for our annual pilgrimage.

Perfect location, beautiful facility, outstanding service. We look forward to our next trip to Boston. From the doormen, front desk staff, room service, housekeeping to the concierge, service was exceptional. We are frequent travelers and this is this nicest hotel we've ever had the pleasure of staying at.

Exceptional service, great attention to detail, beautiful rooms, excellent location - fantastic hotel! I particularly loved our jacuzzi bath, rooftop garden (shame there's no bar up there, as would be perfect!), hotel car service, and atmospheric restaurant. The breakfast at Mooo was the best of our entire trip. Only criticism is that we ordered a bottle of Veuve champagne at... More

We were in Boston for four nights at this exceptional hotel after a lovely stay on the Cape. The hotel staff was not only extremely professional, but very friendly, warm and inviting as well. We used the concierge and the car service several times and were quite pleased with both experiences. All of the service we received was prompt and... More

We arrived at the hotel about 9:30 on Saturday morning, the 4th of July after disembarking from a cruise. We had two rooms reserved but only one was ready that early- which was fine. We stashed our luggage in that room and headed out to see Boston with advice from the concierge and one of the doormen. Everyone was so... More
