Loved this hotel. A small cozy, boutique hotel located in the heart of Beacon Hill. The stay was a romantic getaway and this hotel proved to be a great place for one. We stayed here in early December in order to getaway and also catch a few concerts at The Orpheum Theater. The hotel is in close proximity to the... More

Superb location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was breath-taking. A large suite on the top floor, corner room. So we had south-west exposure and could enjoy city views. The décor is very earthy and artistic. Frette towels and robes, walk-in closets, the works. This is a special occasion hotel! I'll be back.

When telling people you are staying at the XV Beacon, you get lots of oohs and ahhs, so I had very high expectations coming into our weekend stay in January. Before our stay, I had consulted the hotel about an airport transfer. They only provide transport if you book airfare through them. I've never heard of a hotel having such... More

I wish I could have stayed two nights as planned, but ended up having to flee before the blizzard set in. This hotel is a gem. The decor was vaguely trendy, but it enhanced the historic roots of the building and its location. The service from the valet to the front desk to the food preparation was perfect. The minibar... My stay was outstanding. I was in Room 506, a Beacon Hill Studio room. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful; the hotel was quiet, the room was very well-maintained. The towels and linens, though perhaps over-enthusiastically emblazoned with the XV logo, were really excellent. (And used towels were replaced at turndown service, which was impressive.) Overall, world-class. A few... More

What a great find to stay here. We LOVED how welcoming they are to pets. The place was immaculate and did not have any scent of previous pets being in the room. We had dinner and cocktails at the adjacent restaurant Mooo. This was delish and so convenient after a long day of walking and taking in the sights.

We decided to spend New Year's Eve in Boston and very quickly found this hotel. The best word to describe the entire experience is fabulous. This is a high end boutique hotel close to the Commons and Public Gardens. The attention to detail is what sets this hotel apart - fresh fruit on every floor; chocolate dipped fruit in the... More

We spent three nights in Room 702, a Beacon Hill Studio room, over the long Thanksgiving weekend in 2014. The hotel and room were everything we were hoping. Our room was roomy and very quiet even though it overlooked Beacon Street and the bed was very comfortable. The gas fireplace was a treat (Boston had a cold spell over the... More

We spent New Years Eve at XV Beacon and really enjoyed every minute. This is a high end boutique hotel, decorated in a contemporary style. Gas fireplace in the room with comfortable chairs in front. The bed was very comfortable, with a selection of pillow styles. Service was excellent. A very romantic experience.

Pull up to the entrance and greeted by hotel staff who whisk you into the lobby, is a harbinger of superior service to come. This beautiful, understated hotel is the definition of boutique luxury. I have never met a more professional, service oriented staff. Location was great, we walked everywhere. The room was "over the top". large, well appointed with... More
