This hotel was a definite WOW. The beds were luxurious, the staff could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful and the decor was first class. The location is super convenient to many of Boston's attractions and delicious dining options. Not only would we stay there again...we have already booked a weekend at XV Beacon for our next stay... This boutique Hotel is ideally situated just off the NE corner of the Boston Common and five minutes walk from Downtown. The liberty trail, a must do walking tour of all the cities most famous places and buildings starts close by on the common. The quality of service in the hotel is superb, the staff just could not be more... More

I came here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and upon arriving we were told our room got upgraded. What a treat! We were welcome with a small plate of treats and a great view of the city. Everyone was pleasantly nice and extremely helpful. We will stay there again when we visit Boston!

Two years ago we spent Christmas at this outstanding boutique hotel. This time we spent two nights for Thanksgiving. I wondered if it could live up to my wonderful first impressions. Not to worry.....everything about XV Beacon exceeds expectations. The staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed (fireplace on a cold dreary day was a real plus). The... More

We stay in Boston very often and this property is very nice, but, not sure why it is the highest rated in town. The lobby is very small with almost no place to sit, and there are no other amenities. The rooms are very nice, and we even had a fireplace in our room. For the money there are many... More

The atomspheric "in room" fire place, luxurious bed/ linens and generous service keep me coming back. In fact, i find it difficult to leave the room:-) During my brief stay this week, i was offered the use of the hotel car beyond its usual perimeter because of poor weather - this was very thoughtful. Next door restaurant MOO is a... More

My husband and I greatly enjoyed spending his birthday weekend at the XV Beacon (the slice of cake placed in our room for him was a nice treat). It was our first trip to Boston, and the team provided a fantastic hotel experience. The location was perfect for walking and exploring all the major sites (yes, we walked the Freedom... More

This treasure of a 66 room hotel was created as a "Love Letter" to the City of Boston. Dark wood accents combined with steel elements, rich, warm colors and spacious yet cozy rooms and lobby draw you in and the service and quietly luxurious touches (you can't always see them, but you can feel them) keep you there. Rooms are... More

I had stayed here years ago (6?) and recently had the opportunity to stay again. The location can not be beat. The rooms are fantastic. Mine was on the Beacon street side of the road. There are only 7 rooms per floor, mine was in the middle. Beautiful bathroom, large (nearly walk-in) closet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the small living... More

We came to this hotel after canceling at another (Lenox) that failed to deliver on a promised room with fireplace. XV Beacon (at least Aussie) clearly understands the fine art of customer service. From the moment we arrived they have treated us like royalty. The staff is kind and attentive, rooms are clean and comfortable (with a fireplace in each!)... More
