Many of you know that my husband and I travel extensively. I typically make the reservation and hubby normally goes along for the ride. For this trip I allowed hubby to choose. He researched XV Beacon. This is a phenomenal establishment. You will not be disappointed. The rooms are polished and clean. The hotel is centrally located with great places... More

We have stayed here twice now. Love the feeling of the hotel and excellent service. Rooms are small, but that is typical of Boston. Only wish they had small keurig coffee pots in the rooms so you didn't have to go out to get coffee or get room service every morning. Would also be nice to have access to ice,... More

This hotel is an old building that faces an alley in the back surrounded by buildings that make it an echoing canyon. There is a restaurant loading dock (apparently not the hotel's) right below the rooms. Cleanup noise started at 3am, deliveries at 4, trash trucks at 5. Called the desk and they said they can't do anything. It's a... More

One of the best hotels in Boston. Fabulous rooms, so sumptuous, beautifully appointed bathrooms. Breakfast was to die for. Helpful staff, very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would be the only place to I would want to stay on my next visit.

Fifteen Beacon was a GREAT hotel! All the staff was friendly and professional. The room was VERY nice and my boyfriend and I really loved the in-room fireplace. Room service was always prompt. The courtesy Lexus was a nice touch but be sure to book early. We would definitely stay again at Fifteen Beacon! Free Wi-Fi helps too ;)

My stay at XV Beacon was outstanding. From being welcomed to my room with cookies, to the attention to detail through the hotel, it would be hard to find anything wrong with this charming boutique hotel.

Second stay at the XV Beacon. The first stay, this Christmas, was fabulous. This one was nice, but not as good. We seem to have gotten a room that was subpar, despite paying a high price. Our room (1004) had the worst mattress I've had in years of being on the road 40% of the time. Room had no clock... More

Been coming to XV Beacon for years, in all seasons, but never before for an event and not only was everything up to its usual interstellar standards but even beyond my expectations. I particularly appreciate the intimate feel the hotel offered for our event of 40-odd guests. Service was smooth and nonintrusive and I really felt in my bones that... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel couple of nights ago, prior to undergoing surgery at Mass General Hospital. It was a wonderful stay! We had an upgraded room with a fireplace and soaking tub. The room was quiet cozy and extremely comfortable. We also had room service for dinner and breakfast. The food was very good. I would... More

From the minute we walked into the front door of XV Beacon we knew it was going to be a great stay. We couldn't be happier with the outstanding service we were provided with. The reception desk was friendly and courteous. The valets wouldn't let us lift a finger with our bags and even threw out my garbage I was... More
