3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I stayed here for business. I believe it's a relatively new hotel, but already it was run down. Lots of little problems and broken things in my room, like the light in the minibar, light in the makeup mirror, broken fixtures, etc. Restaurant was extremely boring. Of course, there's lots of great dining around the hotel, but sometimes you don't... More

Stayed at the Seaport Boston for a conference and had a smooth, relaxing stay .. very nice corner room (albeit parking/roads/buildings view) that was very clean and up to date. Bed was great, chairs though were more stylish than comfortable. Free wifi is an appreciated courtesy. Very pricey, but every accommodation is is Boston. Parking beneath hotel very convenient. the... We loved staying at the Boston Seaport Hotel. Perfect room, shower, NO noise at all which is very important to me. The no tipping policy is terrific and yet everyone helped us.. Easy to get taxies right there and very easy to get anywhere, The gym is perfect; had all the newest equipment of any hotel I have stayed at... More

First time staying at this hotel and I had a great experience. The only negative was that I requested a King Size bed (due to my height) and a two double bed room was all that was available. Since I was alone, this was much of a problem, however, I was surprised that a hotel of this stature used double... More

I attended a conference at the World Trade Center across the street so the location was excellent--and very close to the airport as well. As a businesswoman I don't always feel catered to at hotel chains, but the Seaport was fabulous! Slept well and dined well and had a completely delightful and no-hassle experience. The no-tip policy was nice as... More

Stayed there for business trip. It's very recommended especially when you attend the convention. I did not get chance to try the amenities, but they all looks very well maintained. I would love to try them on my next visit.

Business Travelers: Note that the wifi does not support VPN connectivity if you need to connect to your corporate network. The staff knew this was an issue (apparently it has been a problem for a while) and did not have any empathy. They will simply say, "use a LAN cable" which is all well and good if you have a... Connectivity on the road is essential. Part of Seaport’s brand promise has been robust complimentary internet access both wired and wireless since we opened, throughout our campus. To that end, we continue to substantially invest in our infrastructure. Recently we became aware of some difficulty for some VPN connections. We thought we solved this; but obviously not. Our Director of... More

I have stayed at the Seaport previously for business and was again impressed with the hotel. For its size, it provide a personal-touch service with warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff and quick response to requests. Room was modern, lovely, and inviting. The special amenities from the heated bathroom mirror (anti-fog) to 2 bath robes, to the large shower, plush towels... loved... More
