The Seaport Hotel is very upscale for being so close to the harbor and is very nice. It is walking distance from Boston's main city, and it has a Dunkin' Donuts located across the street. The service and sleep quality are good, but the rooms are a little small. Their breakfast buffet is very good though. So get ready to... More

My son and I stayed here after a flight cancelation. Unable to fly out until the morning and found this hotel nearby on trip advisor. I called to book directly and staff was kind, helpful and informative. On arrival front desk staff greeted us warmly. Room was immaculate with comfortable beds. We were to tired to go back out after... More

Beautiful hotel, knowledgable staff, very helpful with booking our "corner" room (we like to look out at the harbor and watch the planes come in). Beds are very comfortable. Very clean hotel and rooms.

Accommodations were wonderful, clean, and perfect for a business trip. I love that no tipping is allowed. And the bathroom was pristine. Even the grout sparkled. I'm a "bathroom snob". Would recommend this hotel.

Easy to get to..parking around the corner...very clean...stayed for 2 nights with family of 6 with adjoining rooms that were very quiet! As returning visitors to Boston, this will be our "go to" hotel...surpasses Marriott Wharf and Intercontinental by a long shot. Excellent staff and breakfast buffet is not to be missed!

Had a corner room on the 14th floor, beautiful view overlooking the convention center in the distance. Room was very spacious, and very clean!! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big with... More

Stayed for 3 nights . One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. Room was extremely clean, climate control was perfect, bedding was perfect. Every staff member was highly competent and caring. Can't think of 1 thing they could do better.

We were welcomed back after a visit two years ago. I love being made to feel special! We arrived early and thought we'd have to drop our bags and find something to do but our room was ready. I find the hotel to be very quiet on the floors and in the rooms, except for an errant conversation or ice... More

Staying in Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront

Neighborhood Profile
Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.
