My husband & I stayed here for our anniversary in July and loved this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean & modern, the staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was terrific and the we can't say enough about the location for exploring Boston. more

We stayed over the weekend and wonderful accomodations. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was great! We were about 2 blocks from the Boston Public Garden and were able to walk everywhere. Additionally, one of the subway lines was less than a two block walk more

There are 6 elevators but only 2 in service. It can take 5 minutes to get downstairs and the elevator will be packed in the morning. I had to ask for soap and toilet paper, the first time for that in a Hilton. Call the front desk and you are put on hold not to be picked up. They want... more

It was nice to see they kept some of the old things like the mail shoot on each floor (which you can't use now) when you come off the elevators. There was construction work taking place at the time, but this had no impact on the hotel running, and the works couldn't be heard at all. The thing that made this hotel stand out for us was the location. Downtown Boston and within easy walking distance to Quincy Market, North End , Wharf and Subway stop. Rooms are a tad on the small size, but have everything one needs and why stay in the room when your going to see Boston. more
