I have stayed just one night at the Hyatt Harborside with my family. On checking in we were offer, for USD 20 more, the harborside rooms, instead of the ones facing the airport. The view was superb, and worth the extra money. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Had problems with a clogged toilet in one room, which was fixed in... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night before flying out the next day. We paid for a superior room for our last night which included a harborside view and because we wanted a good night's sleep after a week of noisy hotels. Our check-in was insignificant - the receptionist was not particularly welcoming. Our luggage was swiftly yaken in hand by... More

I used this as a final stopover before flying on to Maine. It was at the end of a long flight & transfer through Newark so the quick collection in the courtesy shuttle from Logan, helpful driver and brisk check in were all pluses. Beer & a decent club sandwich from the bar menu to round off the day didn't... More

Chose to stay here for a couple of days in Boston as we had a very early flight home at the end of it. In many ways the location is fine - the shuttle bus will take you to the airport or the local subway station, and there is a water taxi across the harbour to get into downtown Boston.... More

When you go to a new city you are always wondering what the hotel will be like, well on our vacation this hotel lived up to the recomendations we were given. Our room had a view of both the airport (our choice) and the river, the room was very clean and on a arrival a nice personal touch of strawberries... More

We have always stayed at the Hilton when we come into Logan. It being summer, we thought we'd try the Hyatt. Plusses - fantastic (but expensive) food, wonderful view, great rooms... coffee machine broken (Hilton has a Starbucks, cheaper food in its noisy bar and a much bigger range of beers although at higher prices) Minuses - VERY smoker unfriendly... I think this is a nice location, although there really isn't anything around it. However, it is very easy to get to from the airport. The hotel van was pretty speedy. We went in to Boston for two nights for sightseeing and got this hotel on priceline. It was good for us, we took the water taxi in the morning...... More

We stayed at Hyatt after a long day of moving our daughter into an area college and before the next day's early morning flight. What a treat! Rooms are well appointed; everything feels and looks new. Great beds. Room service was prompt and food quality was high. When we requested foam pillows, housekeeping showed up rIght away and also changed... More

This hotel overlooks the runway at Logan Airport on one side and the harbor on the other. Our fifth floor room looked out upon the harbor at downtown Boston. Beautiful sight. The room was large, very clean, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and excellent linen. Huge flat screen TV. Oddly no minibar so no place to store a beer for... More

We were supposed to head to Jamaica with friends for our anniversary. We checked in at the airport, bags and all, and just as our flight was to board, they cancelled our flight. No others available until 5:45 the next morning. So, A A said they would put us up in a hotel. When we arrived, I admit, I was... More
