Stayed here when I missed my flight back to Ft. Lauderdale on a Friday night. I had stayed at the Logan Hilton the previous week and was much more pleased with it. On my way back from Cambridge at about midnight the airport shuttle took close to a half hour to arrive after I called it when it should have... more

Stayed at hyatt at end of a trip to make an early flight out in the morning. Took t out to airport from our other hotel in copley. Was picked up in a timely manner and the shuttle driver was extremely friendly. He even apologized for the 15 minute wait saying we were on the end of the rounds. It... more

This is a great hotel for pilots and airline employees. It's a great hotel if you just want to stay near the airport and not necessarily go into Boston. it's a great hotel if your flight was cancelled and you need to stay overnight to get a flight the next morning, and you don't want to get into Boston more... more

This was an unintended stay, ie: travel challenges. It turned my whole rotten day around. Fantastic dinner. Great staff. Seriously, it's one of those properties that it seems the employees were put through Happy Boot Camp. Can't say enough about it. more

Plese see my blog at http://talesfromtheroad-mwalno.blogspot.com/ The location is at the... more

If you book your hotel through hotwire, priceline etc. and get a discount, get ready to be treated as if you're staying for free! My husband and I booked this hotel two weeks in advance through hotwire. When we checked in, we requested a room with a king bed and were told that they didn't have any available. We checked... more

I love this hotel. It is so convenient to get to and from the airport via the free 24hr hotel shuttle (5-10mins). All you do is call them from the free hotel phone next to the Information booth. The reception staff were excellent and friendly and even helped me with printing my boarding passes when the lobby computer/printer wasn't working... more
