Went to Boston on business. Had a terrific stay at the Hyatt Regency on De Lafayette Street. Albeit the facility is old and needs some upgrades, it was clean, staff was accommodating, especially the restaurant staff. Special thanks to Mr. David Nicole. I had several early meetings in the restaurant and my steam and I experienced exceptional service, with our... More

We LOVED our stay at the Hyatt Boston Harbor. Most importantly, it was CLEAN. We had breakfast and lunch, for 2 days, and found the meals delicious and nicely presented. The food and service exceeded our expectations. My husband, daughter (19) and I loved taking the water taxi, which is right on the Hyatt grounds, for the 10 minute ride... More

We stayed at the Boston Harbour Hyatt for two nights the first week of July. I have to say that the location of the hotel, providing great views of downtown Boston was perfect. Located across the harbour from the city beside Logan airport it very easy to get to (driving in) with access to downtown via water taxi or subway... More

I have moved most of my stays from the Hilton to the Hyatt recently. I was a huge fan of the Hilton due to its proximity to the airport, but I will take the shuttle to the Hyatt now due to its welcoming staff and attention to detail. I have stayed here a number of times in the past month... More

I must give a shout - out to Louie at the front desk ... talk about feeling welcome! This man has a gift and it is genuine! The rest of the staff also is very warm and that is refreshing at a corporate hotel. The rooms are standard upper middle class, which is just fine for me. The views are... More

Excellent, cheap, clean and comfortable. My trip was on a down side after staying at a downtown expensive hotel which was a total waste. The location made up for it in so many ways. Friendly staff, good inexpensive food, quality room service, I can not say enough about this place, would stay again if I ever visit Boston.

The hotel is very clean, close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from. The view of the Boston skyline is incredible from the relaxing hotel restaurants. It is also convenient and fun to travel by the water taxi. Besides that, the STAFF is OUTSTANDING and go out of their way to accommodate your families needs. Definitely our... More

The hotel is on-site at Boston Logan airport, with frequent private shuttle and public bus service. It isn't within walking distance of anything else, but it's easy enough to take the subway or water taxi and be right in the thick of things on the other side of the water. Beautiful views of Boston Harbor! Rooms were large and comfortable,... More

The hotel itself has a beautiful location on Boston Harbor. My wife and I arrived at the hotel last night after two long flights from Barcelona, Spain. I am a Platinum member with Hyatt. Mr. Deshawn Alford saw how exhausted we were when we arrived. Because we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, he was kind enough to upgrade us... More
