This stay was all good with the exception of an issue with the wake up call. Nuts that we have had two issues with Hyatt this year related to the same issue. Here we requested a wake up call and did not receive one at all. Then when we called to inquire about it we were told that they indeed... More

This is a really nice hotel except for the fact that the walls are too thin. We got a noise complaint and my kids were talking normally?!!! On the upside, the customer service is amazing. Easy to fly in and out of airport and the room service food was the best I've ever had!

I stayed in room 401 which is the first room near the elevator. Surprisingly, one would think that would be the reason why I couldn't sleep. No...that is not it, but rather the tenants in the room next door. The door to the adjoining room was paper thin, that I could hear them whisper to each other! Needless to say,... More

We arrived at 8:00 p.m. only to find that the hotel had no record of our reservation from Booking.com. They did have the reservation from Expedia for a return stay a week later which was made on the same day. The woman at the desk told us this has happened several times before with Booking.com. Luckily we had printed out... More

Girlfriend and I stayed for three nights. Was a little hesitant due to the location at the airport and not downtown. But the hotel shuttle bus runs 24/7 and is free of charge, picks you up from airport terminal and subway terminals at airport. The shuttle was normally about a 5 minute wait usually less. The subway is super easy... More

Airport hotels are, by their very nature, somewhat soulless....but the Hyatt at Boston Airport is on the upper end of what you might expect, as is the Hilton nearby. I have stayed in both on more than one occasion. On the plus side, staff are pleasant and rooms are fine. Meals are extremely expensive, but you are a captive audience.... More

Myself, sister and our husbands enjoyed our stay. We had previously checked into another hotel and checked out immediately. The Hyatt was there to save the weekend. Great customer service, clean and cozy rooms. Great views of the Boston skyline and airport. Watching the planes land and take off was awesome. No noise issues. The restaurant and room service was... We stayed here for two nights in April. We have never stayed at any hotel in America where the customer service was this good. Louie at the front desk went above and beyond. He helped with every single one of our questions. Made us feel at home. Jonathan the concierge was just as good as Louie. Thank you. Definitely a... More

After a late flight that almost made me miss my connection but my luggage did miss the connection, I was really stressed out. However, the professionalism and friendliness of the front desk staff helped me to relax. With a conference starting the same day I checked in, it was a little noisy, but the front desk had no problem moving... More
