This Hyatt is the hotel you need to stay it if you are traveling through the Logan Airport. It has wonderful staff, great food, and a beautiful view of the Boston Harbor, the sunset is amazing and the rooms are clean and have great views.

Hotel well located and quiet, Courtesy bus has to be called for to avoid a long wait. WIFI very costly (if McDonalds and Starbucks can provide these facilities free) why HYATT a premier hotel chain charges a premium.

Beautiful view from room! Excellent service! We were treated like royalty and had to stay there again only after a week! Carlos took excellent care of our in room dining needs. Angel was courteous and assisted with our bags and transportation to the airport (both visits)

Our bathroom flooded and we were asked if we wanted to move or stay in the room...Like they had to ask??? The next day an employee told me, "I don't understand why that always happens." The rooms need to be renovated.

Really impressed with this Hotel, stayed only one night as we were flying back to the UK the following day. Very stylish, immaculate and good service. Easy to drop off hire car and then relax - great restaurant, with fab city views, and an outside terrace for drinks. Shuttle bus to transfer you to the Terminal just outside. Really could... More

Very close to the airport. Superb view from the lobby and from your room if you're lucky I guess. Super expensive parking $47 a night. Clerks at front desk didn't seem well trained or amicable. Didn't accommodate any of my very basic requests. You are 10 minutes away from Boston by car or by water taxi.

We've stayed here on several occasions when arriving late on a transatlantic flight. The rooms are okay, the views are fabulous, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is good but pricey. Tip: consider taking bus 66 instead of the hotel shuttle. The shuttle sometimes takes a while to come. Bus 66, also free, drops you at the water taxi... More

This hotel is just average. The cool thing about it is that you can take a water taxi to and from the city, and take a shuttle to the airport from the hotel. They have them running all the time. It's a usual Hyatt. Maybe not even quite as good as some, kinda pricey for what you get. But if... More

When traveling through Boston Logan Airport and for short Boston stays, the Logan Hyatt is a very convenient nice hotel. While you cannot walk to the airport like would can from the Hilton, the Hyatt is much less busy, is situated on the water and in my opinion has newer and nicer rooms. Consider staying at the Hyatt and using... More

If you don't mind staying a boat or car ride from downtown Boston, or being right next to an airport, consider this place. But be sure to get a harborside view because it is beautiful. Other pluses are the harbor walk, outside bar areas w/firepit, and the pleasantness of the staff. The rooms average for a Hyatt at this price... More
