My first visit in 5 years. Newly remodeled in the theater district it has an edge that is artistic and modern. My upgraded room is small but comfortable. It overlooks rooftop gardens and great public spaces. Very nice location because it is nestled next to the best restaurants in town and is close to the T and special attractions. Nice... More

Love the location because it is just 2 blocks to the Commons and 5 blocks to Newbury St., yet the street is not as crowded as others in the area. So it is really the best of both worlds. The noise level is an issue. We stayed over Columbus Day weekend and could not get a good night sleep 2... More

Wow. I can't tell you when's the last time i stayed at a hotel with free WiFi but this hotel has it if you can believe it. The rooms are very modern, small, but comfy. Only down side is the rooms were chilly even after cranking the heat up and, not to sound bougie, but there's no room service. Other... More

You can hear your neighbors like they are in your room and their tv will make your wall vibrate. Oh and there is a hospital across the street, so sirens all day and night. Toilet was loose from floor, hair dryer didn't work......The service from the front desk was terrible. We had to call our tour guide to get them... More

The only good thing was that we good check in early to our room. Upon entering our room we noticed several holes in the lamp shades. During the night the toilet over flowed and it took two hours for someone to come fix it. There was used soap left in the shower. The room did have a large tv but... More

This hotel really needs (and is currently getting) a refresh. Very small and beat up rooms. I will not stay again until the hotel is finished refreshing the property. In addition not central to downtown Boston so if you are headed there plenty more choices to be had.

The hotel is smack in the middle of the theater district which is pretty lively throughout the evening. Chinatown is a quarter of a mile walk and where some of the best restaurants in the area are. I would strongly advise eating in Chinatown each night actually. The hotel is nicer than most Courtyards but the rooms are small. I... More

Dear rudykarimi, Thanks for mentioning our hotel is nicer than most Courtyards and the perfect location for enjoying the many great restaurants in Chinatown. I am sorry you did not enjoy the corner room with two double beds. The next time you come we will do our best to provide you with your preference, a king bed. More

We stayed at this Courtyard Hotel last night in Boston. I agree with other reviews that it is a little pricey but we encountered very nice staff and our room was very comfortable. We attended a concert across the street and it was so nice to just walk back to our hotel. We did use our points so it was... More

The prices are out of this world for a hotel in the Boston area so if I compared how much I paid for this hotel with what I have paid for other hotels in other cities that would not be very fair, so keep that in mind. This is a Courtyard not a JW Marriott or Waldorf Astoria. For a... More

I totally agree with Kerry T. I have never had myself or my employer pay so much for so little. I am currently sitting in the lobby at 4.30pm as my room has STILL not been serviced. There are 4 people behind the reception desk doing nothing, they have no room service, no mini bar and not even a fridge... More
