The bed was amazing and the staff were so very helpful. Attached to the hotel is a shopping center and a Starbucks. We didn't use the gym or pool, but heard they were top notch. The housekeeping staff were willing to help in any way. The concierge went above and beyond. Nice, lively, bar and restaurant. The Copley Square area... More

Perched on top of a shopping mall, the Westin is in a great location with easy transport links. I didn't *love* this hotel, but it was still of a good standard and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you are on business. My room, on the 27th floor, had excellent views of the city. The room itself was spacious and... More

In my view, there is no better place to stay when visiting Boston than Copley, and there is no better hotel in Copley than the Westin. It is clean and connected to the stores at Copley and Prudential Center. Many rooms offer a magnificent view of the Charles. The Copley Marriott generally is a bit cheaper and is almost adjacent,... I generally don't use Westin hotels and today underscores why. Check-in fine. One of two rooms not ready-typical. So we waste some time by walking around Copley Square. Return to the hotel, second room ready. Our bags, NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!! Without checking in with anyone, the bellman puts our bags in an adjacent, dirty, unsecured room!!! I am... More

The Westin never disappoints. Although I prefer a boutique hotel over a chain, this hotel was great. Our room was average, but the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to shopping, walking distance to many places and close to the T stop. We did not eat at the hotel, but the bar was great. As typical of a Westin,... More

My family (two adults, two children) stayed at the Westin to get a chance to see some of Boston after three weeks in the States. We like Westins in general and this one is easily one of the best. From the friendly staff, to the sizable rooms (we were upgraded from a junior suite to two adjoining rooms), to the... More

Attended a conference at the hotel but added a few days of vacation. Very surprised at the ultra modern design of the inside of the hotel. Clean lines, clean room and great view of Copley Square and more from the window. Prime location for all the sightseeing we did. Excellent location. Would stay there again. The conference experience was great... More

I arrived late/early morning for my reservation around 3PM. After booking a room with two double beds I was upgraded to the junior suite instead and it was amazing. The view from the 32nd floor was pretty much the same view you get from top of the hub! Parking here is insanely expensive so I do suggest looking elsewhere or... More

We stayed at this hotel for the Easa convention. The good thing is that the hotel is a block from the amtrak station about 20 min to Logan by taxi. Sky bridges connect the hotel via the mall to the convention center, which is nice. The rooms are dated average, we had a double queen room. It was ok but... More

We stayed here for a night last month when in Boston and had a great time. Dan at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was high up and a large suite with a great view. The window was broken unfortunately where the gas between the panes had leaked out so one big chunk we couldn't see... More
