We stayed four nights at the Westin Copley Place. Got a good deal on Priceline--around $150/night. We enjoyed how close the hotel was to the T, and to the Prudential Center complex with all of the upscale shopping and nice food court. We have three kids and when we checked in we asked for a crib and one was brought... more

Unbeatable location connected to two very upscale malls. Easy walking distance to the freedom trail and all of the sights Boston has to offer. Also very convenient to the T green line station. Hotel itself was exactly what you would expect from Westin. Good beds, decent common areas, courteous staff, all-in-all a good place to stay. more

Trying to find an affordable hotel in Boston can be quite a challenge. We took advantage of Starwood's second night 1/2 price promo at the Westin Copley Place. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning and were planning to have our bags stowed for the day. Happily, our room was ready and we were able to move from two queens... more

needs alot of updates, comon areas are beat up and dingy. Room was just OK, bed was great. Bathrooms are REALLY small and the heavenly shower consist of a 1980's shower with 2 heads. Parking is 42.00 per night...stayed in room 3609 more

It's a Westin, they're nice hotels, but kind of pricey too. The room was nice, the hotel seemed newly renovated. more

My husband and I just stayed at the Westin for two nights. The location is excellent, close to the orange and green subway lines, as well as the trolley tours and duck tours, which were both excellent. We arrived at the hotel at 1030, expecting to have to store our luggage, but were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready.... more

We just returned from a three night stay at the Westin Hotel on Copley Square. The location was excellent in a safe upscale neighborhood very close to many sights. We had a room on the 35th floor and the view of Boston was spectacular. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and included a coffee maker, flat screen TV, mini... more

We had booked and pre-paid 5 nights; on arrival the booked room wasn't available; the booking in their system showed only 4 nights (we had used the Westin website to book and pay for the room); we got a bigger room the first night and then had to move the next day into a standard room. Because of this change,... more

We stayed at this hotel Sept. 18-20 with our 4 year old son. We are SPG Gold members and were upgraded to a river view room on the SPG floor upon our arrival. The lobby and other public areas on the lower floors appear to be newer than the hallways leading to the rooms. The hallway on the SPG floor... more

The location of the hotel was great - within walking distance of the subway system. The hotel staff was courteous and upgraded us to a suite on the upper floors to celebrate our anniversary. Great views of all of Boston! more
