My husband & I went to Boston for our Anniversary for 6 nights. The hotel had upgraded our room to a jr. corner suite on the 18th floor with a great view of the city. The 1st night when we came back to our room they had left us a bottle of Prosecco and some fruit. The 2nd night we... More

We were in Boston for 4 days with our family of 5. It is very rare for us to be comfortable in one hotel room so we generally have to pay for two. The junior suite at the Boston Copley place was big enough to fit us all and was reasonably priced for our 3 night mid week stay in... More

Actually, we had a great stay until the final day. We pressed the special service button on the phone in our room to ask for bell service assistance with our luggage. I also asked to have my car brought up but they couldn't make that happen... Not great "service" at $51.00 per day for "Valet Service". So, my wife waited... More

Great location as it's in the middle of Boston and connected to several malls. Walking distance to most of Boston's sights including MIT. No free WiFi. Room rate on the expensive side. Just like the rest of Boston, car parking rates are ridiculously expensive, $50 per day.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while in Boston visiting colleges. It was a lovely hotel with very good service. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a very good position, close to the mall Prudential and close to the downtown. We had a free upgrade, and the view from the room was beautiful, looking at the Charles River. Maybe we have been influenced by Boston, a city we loved with people very friendly, but the hotel is strongly recommended.

On my recent trip to Boston, took the Acela Express from Philadelphia to Back Bay Boston and the Westin was a short walk away and so close to everything. We took the T every day to our different destinations. Also, walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops and Boston Common area. The staff at the hotel was very friendly,... More

As a SPG Gold Member and frequent visitor to Boston, I often stay at the Westin Copley and usually have a positive experience. However, this past weekend was my first negative experience at the hotel. First off, they explained that there was no upgrade (no problem) available as the hotel was full, but then stuck me in a room opposite... More

On business or pleasure we always stay at the Four Seasons. Perfect service and very attentive staff. Issues we had were resolved right away and with a smile. Room service was fast and very good. The hotel is walking distance from all the fine shops in Boston and the hotel is facing one of Boston's many parks.

We were impressed by everyone here, from the valets to housekeeping, in-room dining, everyone was extremely attentive and customer focused. Incredibly fast as well, considering the hotel was at capacity. Our front rooms manager, Dan, was friendly and efficient during our 1:00 a.m. check-in. The only complaint is that the rooms are in need of a spruce-up. Tired looking furniture,... More
