We stayed at the Westin Copley for my daughters 16th birthday and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a perfect view of the Charles River. The staff were friendly and accomadating. We were able to check in early, get two queen beds in each room and have a great view. The concierge got us into... more

We stayed three nights of our honeymoon here, and right from the time we arrived, until we checked out, the service was wonderful! Our room was gorgeous and we had a great view. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Newbury street for amazing shopping, restaurants, and people watching. We also were able to walk to Fenway Park (about... more

Westin Copley, great location, beautiful views and the famous Westin beds. For that nothing to complain. Perfect two night stay. BUT why an overall average scor? Although with a great priceline bid price I can't complain but if I was paying rack rate it would be different. I was staying at the 32 floor (starwod prefered guest floor) and you... more

My sister, son and I just returned from a week in Boston staying at the Westin Copley Place Hotel. We had a corner suite on the 8 floor overlooking Copley Square. What a wonderful place to stay! The whole hotel, the staff, the food, everything was excellent. Hotel service was especially good. Food was delicious and you just can't beat... more

Great location for weekend trip to Boston. We had no problem with the room. Were there to sleep and shower mostly, but got a great deal on Hotwire. It was clean and the bed was comfy. My only beef was lack of vending machines; they expect you'll use the minibar at those insane prices. We weren't there that much anyway,... more

The hotel itself was nice - what you'd expect from a Westin - but the location is what I'd rave about most. It's so convenient to everything, and the hotel is even attached to a mall. Newbury Street is only a few blocks away, and if you're feeling feisty, you can walk most of the city from there. Free wi-fi... more

Service level of the hotel is good. I had to be taken to emergency due to food poisoning during my stay. The staff there new how to handle the situation well. A++. When we arrived we noted there cleaning issues in the room, and the sink water tend to get clogged. It took the staff two days to fix it... more

We were thrilled with the Westin. They gave us an upgrade to a river view even though we got the room through priceline. It was the 21st floor and we had a great view of the city and river. Everyone in hotel was extremely helpful when we asked for directions around town or to store our luggage the day of... more

I live in NYC, so I get that big city hotels are expensive. The Westin Copley is no exception. It is a really nice hotel, though, and it's location makes it worth a premium. The room was beautiful, with a great view. The bedding was awesome. Two things annoyed me-- the cost of Internet access and the cost of parking.... more

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and had many upscale shops/ restaurants. Location was ideal - across the street from the park, close to the T, and within walking distance to nearly all the different neighborhoods in Boston. Also of note - I mistakenly left a very expensive pair of earrings on the night stand, and the cleaning staff were... more
