I stayed here during Anime Boston and it was the worst expirience at a hotel I have ever had. I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room because the maids couldn't clean it until 7:00 at night. Mind you check in time is at 3:00. I was given dirty sheets which no one would replace not matter... more

Stayed here for the Boston Anime Con and loved it. MUCH better than Marriott we stayed at for last year's Con. Unlike the Marriott, no 45 minute waits for elevators and surly staff. Nicer rooms and great location. more
