We had a lovely room on the 17th floor with a great view of the Charles River. Our room was immaculate, quiet and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly & particulary nice to my girls who were thrilled to be staying in the city. The Sheraton is in a great location, adjacent both the... more

Stayed here June 24-26 while husband attending conference held on site. Teen daughter & I took the opportunity to visit colleges. Had seen alarmng things abt this hotel, esp. bugs, on the forum. No bugs, all clean. Our only serious complaint is that the lightweight down filled quilt is lined with some sort of plastic--it feels like it's vinyl when... more

I've stayed in some pretty dodgy Sheratons in the past but they are apparently trying to upgrade the brand. The best thing about this hotel is that the rooms are very new. North Tower was rehabbed in 2009, South Tower in 2007. Everything is clean. My room was a standard room, nothing fancy, but well furnished, and clean. Flat screen... more

Stayed for 7 nights, and did not encounter any of the negative aspects we had read about in other reviews. Shame about the weather but that was not the hotels fault. more

I stayed at the Sheraton Boston for 4 nights. I was pleasantly surprised upon check in to be allocated a suite, considering that I had secured a very reasonable rate (£90 per night) on lastminute.com. On the 15th floor, the suite had separate entry hall, living area and bedroom. The bathroom was small in comparison to the rest of the... more

Just spent 5 nights at the Sheraton-Boston on Dalton St by the Pru Center. Booked thru Hotwire at $89 per night. When I checked in asked about getting one of their renovated rooms, front desk clerk took care of it with a smile. Rooms are very comfortable, great bed, new tv's and remodeled bathrooms. Can't beat it for the price... more

Given the mixed reviews, including comments about small rooms and possible bugs, we approached this stay with some trepidation. It was also the first time I had booked through Priceline, and I had been warned that this could sometimes result in bad service. In fact, we loved both the hotel and the city. Reception was courteous and efficient. Sure the... more

My partner and I have gained a liking for the larger downtown Sheraton hotels across the USA, so it was a no brainer to book into the Sheraton in Boston when visiting. We were not disappointed, it lived up to what we've grown to expect from this hotel group. Big hotel, plenty of facilities, good quality of staff. We were... more

My husband and I just got back from our second stay at this hotel. We love the location-right at the Prudential Center, near shopping and the T. We took an overnight flight from Los Angeles and emailed the hotel them to let them know. They were so accommodating and got us into our room around 7:30am! We were very pleasantly... more

Great location of this hotel (next to Hynes convention center) can't hide desperate need for refurbishing. Some of that was actually going on at the time of my stay, but without any notice. It's not nice to be waken up by sounds of drilling when jet-laged. It has an impressive lobby, but that's about it. One could let everything go,... more
