We recently returned from a week long vacation in Boston and found the Sheraton to be a wonderful hotel. We stayed in the newly renovated portion of the hotel and had a corner room on the 21st floor...beautiful view of the city. The concierge desk was extremely helpful and helped us find a wonderful restaurant the first night in town.... more

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean, comfortable and everything you expect from a Sheraton. The location of the hotel was amazing. Very beautiful part of Boston, about 10 mins from Fenway Park and great restaurants in the area. Only complaint was the cost of parking was $42 a day, plus... more

This was a most pleasant stay, helped in no small part to the wonderful concierge service in the hotel. We stayed for a considerable period of time in one of the newly renovated rooms and found the hotel to be one of considerable quality. It's the largest hotel in Boston, and sometimes the lobby can be a bit crazy with... more

The best thing about this hotel is that it is centrally located. A short walk to the Pru T stop. Since the hotel is connected to the Prudential Center Mall, you have many food options for every meal of the day and then some. Duck Tours take off outside the Pru as well. Other than that there's not much to... more

This was a frustrating experience. First we were sent to a room where the door was wedged open. As we peered in we noticed part of a wooden bathroom cabinet on the bed. After traveling back to the front desk we were given the adjacent room. It was fine until the morning when we had no hot water. The front... more

We stayed at this hotel for the July 4th weekend and we were not disappointed. Our room on the 21st floor had the best view (at least we thought so) of the Fireworks on the Charles River. We are going to stay here again next year! The hotel is attached to the Hynes Convention Center, Prudential Building, Copley, and sister... more

I got a very good deal for this hotel and had read all of the reviews so my expectations were not that high. We arrived at the Sheraton at about 5PM and requested we be placed on the same floor as our friends who had arrived earlier. We were informed that if we wanted to be on the same floor,... more

Can't beat the location and view. Room is clean and comfortable. By lucky chance, I booked a room via Travelocity and it was a great deal for the area. If I had to pay "rack" rate, I probably would not stay at this hotel. Not the most friendly front desk staff when I checked in. Valet parking staff was indifferent,... more
