Nothing in life is perfect, but Oasis Guest House was pretty close! I stayed there for last weekend while performing at Boston's Paramount Center. My mother was traveling with me, so we booked a room with a queen size bed and private bath. The room also had a closet, leather couch, and TV (which was thankfully super easy to navigate).... More

The price is right for Boston, cheap. It's a set of row houses that have been converted. Yeah, the room was super small and really outdated. It's in a lower rent college area so don't expect great restaurants nearby. Close to the subway. An OK place to stay, just keep your expectations at a reasonable level.

My husband and I had booked two nights here. We got in late (9pm) and when we saw the room we were completely disappointed (ruined the three day vacation we were on). The room size was literally 12 foot by 8 foot with a full size bed on one end that you had to turn sideways and slide against the... More

This guest house is good for the breakfast (is very large), the friendly staff and the position (near fenway park) but is't too expensive for the room! The room is very small and the bathroom is shared.

The location was great, so close to Fenway and right around the corner from a T station. While it's "no frills", the room and shared bath were clean. Keith, at the front desk, was extremely nice, helpful and a wealth of information regarding the city. A great place to stay for a night or two. I'd highly recommend it.

I stayed at Oasis Guest House for 1 night en-route to another location, and was very pleased at what I got for the price. The room was basic and not terribly spacious --> not a problem for me; the whole point of travelling is to spend as little time in the room as possible. Location is *excellent* whether you're after... More

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at this guesthouse! We stayed in Boston a total of 5 nights and could not be happier with our experience at Oasis. It is a quaint little guesthouse on a quiet side street -- luckily my fiancé had lived in Back Bay for a while so he knew the area and finding... More

First, this place is perfect for its location, ease of use, cleanliness and staff. We came into Boston for a Sox game, and it's a short walk from here to Fenway, the shops on Newbury, bars, restaurants, everything. And the price is far, far less than what you'd pay nearby. Just come with a sense of humor. The room we... More

Great location convenient to Boylston/Newbury Streets and a nice park on the Charles River, continental breakfast included with stay, close to public transportation (the T green and orange lines). Staff was responsive and helpful in email communications. For Boston, cheaper than other hotels in the surrounding area. Hotel attempts to be "green" through its selection of certain products, which is... More

Located between 2 Green Line T stops, countless universities, The Symphony, walking distance to Newbury St or Boylston, HOW could the location be any better. Each room I stayed in was cozy and efficient. Great little breakfast each morning like clockwork. Excellent staff (esp. Keith, Steve, Joe, Victor and the rest). A bargain in every aspect!!! The Oasis is the... More
