This was our second visit to this B&B. The location is excellent. Close to Fenway Park, Berkelee School of Music and the Metro. We rented a couple rooms and unfortunately they were in different buildings. If you all want to stay in the same building check before booking. There is also no elevator. If you don't want to haul your... More

We highly recommend the Oasis Guest House, clean, quiet, quaint and conveniently located in a brownstone not far from Fenway with easy access to the "T". We explored Boston Common and Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market. Victor's suggestions for local fare were excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for one night recently having booked for mainly budgetary reasons and were very pleasantly surprised to find a well run, clean, homely and well located B&B. We were met by Keith, who we took to be the co-proprietor? and he was most helpful with directions, not least to the parking location at the rear... More

The Oasis and Adams Guest Houses are very welcoming and very attractively furnished. The rooms are very comfortable, including air conditioning. The breakfast is good. The location is great, within walking distance of Back Bay attractions and with good public transport access. The cost is excellent for this location as is the parking fee. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Oasis July 9-13 with my teen son for a baseball trip. Wasn't sure what to expect but glad we tried it. Rates were a lot less than the hotel rooms in the city. The free breakfast was plentiful and just what we needed to start our days (Cereals, coffee, tea, oj, assorted breads, pastries, fruit, hard-boiled eggs... More

I was psyched to grab a room downtown for just $200 on a night where most other hotels were far more, if open at all. the street is adorable and parallel to mass avenue near boyleston. we had a full size bed with private bathroom, located on the top floor near the back of the building - there was a... Perfect location on a quiet and cute street. Small room with a shared bath but just what we needed! Victor at the front desk is so friendly and gives GREAT recommendations! Walking distance to Fenway, Boylston St, Boston Common and the Convention Center!

We have stayed at oasis for two nights. Unbeatable location and great hospitability are enough to book a room in this hidden gem. If you need more references, then i have to mention kind and helpful staff, breakfast including delicious breads, free Wi-Fi , this list goes on... We were allowed to leave our luggages till late night, which was... More

Oasis Guest House offers possibly the most competitive rates in all of Boston, and you get more than enough for what you pay. The location is excellent: A five-minute walk from an MTA and the Prudential Centre, and about ten minutes from Fenway Park. All of Boston is at your fingertips, and usually within walking distance. The continental free breakfast... More

My daughter and I stayed at Oasis while visiting colleges. We were unable to find an affordable traditional hotel. Oasis was a terrific surprise! CLEAN, is an understatement. We stayed in the 2 twin bed room with private bath. The bathroom is spotless and the towels much nicer than at a hotel, modern and updated. The twin beds were comfortable... More
