My husband and I got married at the Four Seasons Boston on 12/31/14. We could not have picked a better venue for the most important day of our lives! We worked with Philip Deschamps and Leanne Vargas, who helped us with the planning process (making it as easy as possible for us) and they made the actual day flow perfectly... More

We spent one night at the Four Seasons Boston. Wow what an experience! We've never had service like this before. From the street side personal greeting on arrival, to the toys that were given to our children, everybody went out of their way to be extra friendly and professional. No request was too much and all the little touches like... More

I stayed at this hotel for only one night, but was really impressed. From the driver sent to collect me at the airport, to the receptionist who accommodated my early arrival, to the in room dining personnel and spa therapists who helped me overcome my jetlag, the service was professional, friendly yet very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel... More

This was my first opportunity to stay at this hotel. I was there for a business conference where breakfast and lunch was included with my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and nice. It was the first time I had stayed in a room where there was a bathtub on the left and a separate shower on the... More

Although it was only a one night stay, I was very pleased with the Four Seasons from the car valet, to the receptionist, to the bellman. All pleasant, helpful without being "too much help", and professional. High end price, but service and accommodations to match.

The hotel is located in front of the Boston Common and walking distance from the Prudential Shopping Center. Also few blocks from Starbucks, tube station, restaurants, american bars and Newbur st., the most fashion shopping street in Boston. The breakfast is very expensive and I've been charged 9,50 dollars for a lemon juice when paying 50 usd for Sunday breakfast!

Nice hotel, well located on Boston Common and 5 to 10 minute walk from 3 different T-stops, numerous eateries, theatres, and a large cinema. The room carpet did seem a bit worn and I think the walls were perhaps a bit drab, probably a renovation will be due in a year or so -- that's my only real complaint. Bathroom... More

This hotel sets the standard for service, decor, views, and cuisine! The front desk staff was professional and personable; the concierge and garage attendants were very helpful with directions; the valet service greeted us with a smile! We opted for a room overlooking the Common - and it was indeed a beautiful view! This hotel has a long history and... More

I don't often stay at the 4 seasons as I have always felt that it is much the same as other hotels but more expensive. However, in this case in Boston, it truly was just that shade nicer than the rest. The room was big, the shower was enormous, the touches, such as an apples to eat were good. I... More
