Four Seasons maintains it's brand for delivering best-in-class service, delicious dining and superior accommodations. From the first greeting upon arrival, each staff member was attentive, pleasant, helpful and committed to delivering a personalized experience. The rooms were updated, clean, spacious with up-to-date spa and fitness amenities. The lounge was terrific for evening drinks, after hours desserts and Sunday brunch! Can't... More

We stayed at the Four Seasons for two nights at the end of a family spring break trip to New England. We looked forward to ending the trip on this hopefully high note, but the hotel far exceeded our lofty expectations. It was perfect - easily the nicest place we've ever stayed, and one of the more special family travel... More

Excellent five star property with unrivaled service. Every employee is willing to go out of their way to help a guest. They anticipate your needs. Hotel has an indoor pool with a hot tub which is a big plus in my book. Spacious room on the eight floor met all of our needs. Big comfortable bathroom with a separate toilet... More

excellent service and what you would expect for the price. Struck me how much space was everywhere, nothing seems cramped and the number of staff available was impressive price is high but i think in this case you get what you pay for. only real disappointment was no coffee in room but not a deal breaker by any means food... We began our journey of wedding planning with the Four Seasons in May 2013 and every interactions with their staff was professional, courteous, knowledgable and responsive. This is the perfect venue for a wedding - especially one like ours with lots of out of town guests. The event was surprisingly competitively priced for a late winter wedding (March 2014) especially considering... More

What can I say? How do you beat a Four Seasons experience in Boston? From the moment you check in until the moment you leave, you feel special at this hotel. I brought a large group for an event so I was upgraded to a small suite which only added to the experience of being pampered. I will be back

We traveled to Boston and stayed at the Four Seasons with our two sons. The connecting rooms were oversized with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The pool was a great bonus and really fun for our sons. The concierges could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Hope to return sometime again.

We spent a long weekend in Boston to visit the JFK Presidential Library and a few other tourist sites. The Four Seasons was the perfect hotel for our visit. The service was wonderful--as it always is at the Four Seasons, but there was a little extra something special there. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was a memorable... More
