What can I say beyond The Four Seasons is the best hotel in Boston. Location, Staff, Food, Room, Pool, all so nice! Love the park view. Valet parking. Incredible pool - that alone is priceless! The people that work there are all so helpful. I love to stay there!

Having stayed at other Four Seasons, such as those in San Francisco, New York and most recently, Denver, we were expecting excellence (Four Seasons Denver is absolutely top notch). To be fair, the majority of the staff were very kind and accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic, as well, being right on the public garden.... More

First, let me thank you for being a loyal guest of Four Seasons, having stayed at many of our other properties. With that said, I was especially mortified to read that you were let down with your recent stay with us. On behalf of all of our staff, I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Above all, we’d like to... More

Overall, an acceptable stay in a well appointed Executive Suite overlooking the wide open spaces of Boston Common. Room v comfortable and well appointed. Lighting good, bed comfortable and linens in great condition. Spacious bathroom with Bulgari toiletries in large format with ample fluffy towels. Laundry service also good and reasonably priced. Well, that's about it for the plus side... More

This hotel situated across from a beautiful park and within walking distance to various tourist attractions and shopping areas. I also feel very safe to walk around the area late at night. The staffs are very friendly as you can expect from a four season hotel. The hotel is a bit old style but well maintained. The well maintained pool... More

The service at the Four Seasons Boston is the best we have experienced and we have stayed in many Four Seasons hotels. From arranging transport to accepting and holding onto our show tickets, to recommending restaurants and shopping, I cannot commend the management of this hotel highly enough. Nothing was stop much trouble and made our brief trip to Boston... More

From the first phone call to ask about a special service we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were helpful and professional. We were always greeted by name on our return to the hotel and the concierge went out of his way to help us mail a package home.

This was our first experience staying at a Four Seasons. We were treated like royalty. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. Upon departure we were advised that our BMW was leaking oil. They located a service station nearby. Can't find one thing to criticize!! This hotel is spectacular!!

With a special event in mind I chose to take my 80 year old Mom to the Bristol Lounge for an elegant luncheon yesterday. We donned hats and with great expectation drove to the Four Seasons Hotel for our special event. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, led to our table and then Ricky appeared with menus and special... More

After our swift and polite check into our rooms, we headed down to the bar/lounge for some drinks. We like to have a nice cool drink before we head down to the seaport for the night. We were once again taken for a luxury ride in the house car to our destination of Legal Seafoods on the waterfront. If there... More
