What a terrific experience. The front desk took pity on us after a flight delay out of Seattle that forced us to stay overnight in Seattle. The terrrific young lady that checked us in took pity on us (without being asked) and upgraded us to a beautiful one bedroom suite overlooking the Boston Commons. The entire staff at the hotel... The Four Seasons is a top notch hotel. The staff are very nice and are very attentive. The facilities are clean. The family all enjoyed the pool and fitness center. On Saturday night they had a movie night for the kids with bean bags to lounge in, large screened movie, popcorn, drinks and other snacks - my kids felt very... More

When I think Four Seasons I think "posh". This building definitely is and the location is terrific. The "service" especially at the front door was remarkably bad. The bad service started with a snide comment because I chose to carry my own bag. I was in the property for 3 nights, asked for a decent room for the length of... More

This was a business trip for a week. The room was very well appointed without being spectacular, which is a comment to be made about the hotel as a whole. The hotel location is very pleasant, being opposite the Public Park and 100 yrds from the Common, but not perfect for the financial district (but only a 15-20min walk in... More

This was a very special 6th birthday trip for my son (and fun trip for my 3 years old daughter). I had planned this trip and set it up for my kids as a weekend of surprises! They were so excited and so was I. The hotel and room was pretty amazing, loved the space. Where the trip fell short... More

I have stayed at the Four Seasons Boston on 3 occassions in the last 5 years. This is a consistently good hotel. Service is top notch, rooms are "luxurious" and the location is unbeatable. Pros: - Great service. Fast check-in and check-out, requests addressed promptly, room service delivered promptly and generally thoughtful service. For example, on this trip (and my... More

We spent one night at the hotel on our way back from a buisness trip in Providence. The hotel is magnificent and the room was luxurious. We were exhausted and we were able to get some rest. It was eastern week end and there was a lot of children in the hotel and they seemed to have a lot of... More

We were staying in Boston during the dramatic week of the Marathon bombing. The Four Seasons manager left his vacation to come back to the hotel and take charge. Communication and support was of a very high standard during the lockdown period, and many staff had obviously stayed on to cover shifts when their fellow workers were not allowed to... More

I came in to visit my daughters at University on the east coast and we headed up to Boston for the night. Boston is a beautiful city and I wish I had gotten to know it better growing up. Four Seasons lived up to their reputation. The staff was helpful from the moment I got there and was very accomodating with some requests I made. The only regreat I have is that I didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel and city for a couple more days.
