I spent 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed. Everybody working there was so friendly and helpful. Toni, at reception, was great! Although I wish my room had faced the Public Garden, the room I had was large and had a lovely bathroom with separate tub/shower that I really liked. There is a spa, workout room and pool. I had a massage... More

My husband and I attended a conference at The Four Seasons. The group rate was $350/night. We did not stay at the Four Seasons Hotel but we had our breakfasts, lunch and a welcome reception at the hotel. For the welcome reception, they had hors d'oeuvres stations set up. The Asian dumplings were overcooked. The pastry shells were breaking apart... More

My request for a handicap accessible room was taken care of as well as my request for a room close to the main elevator. The staff at the hotel is friendly and very helpful. The food was quite good and all services were excellent. Staff knew me by name and helped make my stay there delightful. The four seasons is... More

This has got to be the best address in town. We had a park view, and that is just marvellous. Rooms are incredibly cosy, honestly we were sad to leave. So quiet, well appointed, nice staff, there was nothing to fault and we will be back. If anything, I would skip the hotel restaurant - for the same price (and... More

Who thought of this edifice as architecturally worthy to carry the Four Seasons name?!? The massively cumbersome brick exterior and awkward facade; the interior "Trumpesque"-era brass, mirrors, low ceiling rooms, hallways and (especially) restaurant; and the disco-era loud music served up in the restaurant (even for breakfast) all belie and do disservice to the splendid personnel of this hotel who... The location can't be beat. The room was in excellent condition. The staff, every one of them, was smiling and attentive. It was an incredible experience and highly recommend the Four Seasons to anyone staying in Boston. We felt so strongly about our experience that we emailed the Hotel Manager to let him know how happy we were.

We have often stayed at the Four Seasons as our daughter attended school in Boston, and we enjoy the hotel and its location, and the way the staff makes all guests feel welcome. We stayed again at the hotel this May for my daughter's graduation. I mentioned the upcoming graduation when I made my reservation, and was surprised when the... More

First of all, the lobby smells like roses! Delightful!! The rooms are luxurious and comfortable! The staff treated us like royalty, children included. We were greeted by our names through out our visit. It made us feel special. We had a bit of issue with our room key but the housekeeping was very helpful and quick in getting security up... More

we stayed at the four seasons hotel for two nights, the bed is really comfortable and the staff is very friendly to us. The equipments in the hotel are good, and I was really glad that the location of four seasons is great. If we visit Boston in the future, we'll choose four seasons again.
