What can you say, the Four Seasons always hits the mark. We were given a room facing Boylston St. and The Common Wealth Park. At first we were Delighted with the view but as the night went on the noise level increased. Motorcycles racing by, and people talking loudly below the window late into the night. When we were asked... More

The Four Seasons Boston was absolutely amazing. The staff were exceptional! It was conveniently located near Newbury street, so we got tons of shopping done :) It's also great for children. When you check in, they bring a little wagon full of stuffed toys, and the kid can pick whichever one they want :) Teens get a special website where... More

We stopped on our way home from a week at the beach. The Four Seasons Boston is without a doubt the best family-oriented luxury hotel in Boston. i would recommend it to any family with children of any age who want comfort without the formality of hotels of a five star hotel.

This beautiful hotel runs with the clockworth smoothness that the Four Seasons is known for. The location in perfection (splurge on a room looking onto the Boston Public Garden) and all of the check-in, check-out, grabbing a car or cab are handled with quick efficiency. Our room was a small suite with an adjoining bedroom for our teenage son. The... More

Elected the Romance Package, which includes a room and in-room martini service and breakfast in bed. The in-room martini service was really cool, I expanded my usual recipe thanks to the bartender's great recommendations. The breakfast was great, the accommodated all of our requests (salsa, egg whites, hot sauce, etc). They personalize everything and treat guests very well, making you... More

You can't beat the service at most Four Seasons properties, and this one is no exception. From the incredibly efficient women at reception, to the perfect housekeeping, to the funny and cheerful valet and the charming waiter in the lobby bar - everyone goes above and beyond with their customer service and attitude. I love feeling like I am in... More

This has once been the best Hotel in the City. Unfortunately they closed the famous Restaurant. The Service is ok but no more impressive. Now it is just a luxury Hotel but not really a four seasons anymore. The Concierge Team is incredible and a few from the old crew too. Food is ok but not extraordinary - if you... More

Highly impressed by the service and comfort of the hotel. The entire hotel is very nice and the rooms are big and comfortable. Located right by the gardens, this is a great luxury hotel to stay at when in Boston.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in a suite overlooking Boston Gardens. I expect a high level of service and a beautiful room for the price, which was not the case. The room itself was dated and a little rough around the edges by looking a bit worn. It just wasn't up to my standards for a luxury hotel.... More
