Stayed here in October of 2013.... Looking at Tripadvisor pictures of the rooms prior to staying - I lowered my expectations, but I have stayed in nicer/newer Hampton Inns. The rooms were really dated, and just not at all up to the standard of Four Seasons. The location here cannot be beat - but beyond that just not a whole... More

We were in town for the Bob Dylan concert and our usual go to hotel (Ritz-Carlton) was booked solid. This hotel is beautiful from the minute you walk in the lobby. Staff provides a warm welcome and is quite polite. There was some confusion over whether or not our room was ready that took about 30 minutes to resolve but... More

The location is great - a short walk to Newbury St and Beacon Hill. Get a room with a view of the park, it makes a huge difference. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff is attentive. Be sure to stay for brunch or book tea at a table by a window. Perfect for couples or families.... More

My wife and I decided to spend our anniversary in Boston. We had a great time at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia last year, so we decided to stay at the Four Seasons in Boston this year. Our stay was wonderful. The staff at this hotel are truly focused on creating a memorable experience for their guests. We arrived to... More

My husband and I spent a quick 24 hours in Boston. We chose Four Seasons because of the relationship with Amex. The hotel was in a great location and staff were very accommodating. We ended up sharing a late dinner in the bar and the young F&B manager was great. My husband is very high maintenance with his diet. She... More

Staff is accommodating and helpful, great restaurant and location. When concierge found out we were celebrating a birthday... Had a fabulous dessert sent to out room! Great pool and spa facility. Would definitely stay here next time in Boston. Even got to see Vince Vaughn who was staying here!!!

We were here for a business function and I have to say that the food and service were outstanding. Everything was cooked to perfection and served at the same time! We did not stay overnight so I can't comment on the rooms, but if they look anything like the rest of the hotel, I would absolutely stay here! It is... More

We spent two nights here recently while in Boston. The Four Seasons was first-class in all respects. It combines a great location across the street from Boston Commons within easy walking distance of shopping, dining and the Freedom Trail with superior service and rooms. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

They got it. They were on the money with everything. The rooms the service the friendliness. I am not normally an enormous fan of the four seasons but now I realise what the brand should be all about. Nothing was an issue nothing was too much trouble. This is one of the best run hotels I have ever stayed at... More

Location is perfect for exploring Boston and all it has to offer. Our room had a view of the public gardens opposite which was great. Short stroll down Charles St takes you to Beacon Hill which was a great little place to wander around. Freedom trail, shops, MTA were all in easy strolling distance and the service by all staff...
