Giselle and Noah are amazing welcoming hosts! A long day traveling and Giselle helped me find the hotel in the dark of night! Noah was very helpful as well, making me feel like I can relax and enjoy my stay. Kudos!!

We checked in tonight having chosen the hotel because we were told they are friendly to hospital patients. However because we did not book direct they refused to give us breakfast vouchers which they give to hospital patients who book direct.

I have been staying at The Inn at Longwood Medical every year for ten years as I travel into Boston for medical treatments. Each time I visit the entire staff is welcoming and helpful. Noah was able to easily and efficiently help me with reservation issues and was very kind and understanding. I would absolutely recommend staying at the Inn... More

on 01/07/2016 my friend and I stayed at the Inn at Longwood Medical, I reviewed the hotel and found it was good for loved ones of Brigham & Women Hospital to stay. After a long day at BWH 5:30 am- 9:00pm waiting as my husband had heart surgery,we checked in and found our room to be extremely hot, tried to adjust... More

We have been staying at this hotel for 17 years. The staff Brian Stiglets GM,Giselle,Jen,Raul,Noah,Angel, and Heather in particular are wonderful!!! They go above and beyond in their care, love and concern! It is hard to be away from home when loved ones are in the hospital but they treat you like family!!!!

This is a convenience type of Hotel that suits your needs if you are visiting the medical center in Boston. They have a very good rate for Dana Farber patients and family and is located at the heart of the medical area. The parking is conveniently located right next door at the Longwood Galleria parking building. They have a restaurant... More

My experience dealing with the front desk staff was excellent. As i am dealing with a loved one who can't always travel because of her medical treatments, I had to cancel my stay without much notice. Noah was very professional, understanding and accommodating. I will certainly be booking at this hotel in the future and it was refreshing to deal... More

Ours was a medical visit so we were grateful for the location and the discount. There was no hassle with the discount, and after a small "oops", the very kind front staff offered us complementary breakfast for our trouble. And she was kind enough to ask first if I would be allowed to eat or if I was having a... More

Noah, a multi-talented staff member, was as personable, professional, and genuinely caring about my experience as one could expect. The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, and had an agreement with a local fitness center (within a few minutes' walk) to offer workout opportunities.

Stayed here while my Daughter had chemo at Dana Farber. Front Desk staff are friendly! Upon entering the room, the main light didn't work. The heater didn't work right and I either had to turn up to super hot or very cold, no happy medium. Dust on everything, and bathtub had no plug in the drain. Room definitely needed updates... More

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighborhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
